Closed and no reaponse
Prior to my arrival at Hobart I got a call from them asking for my flight details a couple of hours before my arrival which I provided and could tell the lady on the phone wasn’t happy and sounded like she was desperate to get home. My flight ended up being delayed and I was 12 minutes yes minutes late to pick up the car but they were closed and no contact details. I have now been trying to get in contact via email and phone for 3 days with no answer on phones or response to emails. I still don’t have the car I pre paid for. DO NOT USE THESE guys they are a scam with no one willing to help. They steal your money and run. DO NOT USE it’s a scam it should be noted all other car hire companies were open and doing a roaring trade. Currently they have nearly $700 and I have no car

The worce car rental company
The worce car rental company ever delt with had paid $1000 bond 3 weeks later still not returned then wring customer service line speak to some Luke only for him not be able to find wich car we rented after 15min finds the car but cant explain why owe bond was taken then just hangs up try to ring back again hangs the call up does not even take the call finally get threw to someone else for them cant explain why owe bind hasn't been returned never spoken to ruder people and still out $1000
Disappointed
Auto delivered with very little coolant. We ended up stranded in the middle of nowhere waiting for roadside assistance because the engine overheated.
We also got a flat tire, and it took more than two months for them to release the money they had unfairly withheld from my deposit. I called and wrote several times. I never received any reply to my emails, and the few times they answered the phone they were not helpful at all.

We rented a car from the sufers paradise office .
From the moment we entered the office we were greeted by friendly , chilled staff members who made the whole process of hiring a car super easy .
We are from overseas but they explained everything and we booked our car in less than 10 mins .
The car was spotlessly clean , filled to the neck with fuel , it was a pleasure to drive and we did 4,600 km in total .
We were very happy at the price for 9 days which we included fully comp insurance .
Thank you Joe for all your help and everyone in the office !

I rented a car from redspot at sydney…
I rented a car from redspot at sydney airport. It was a soda scalla. The car had 2 tires that needed air the second day I had it. I aired them up and requested a different car with no problems. The next day when I was going to take the car back and exchange it one of the tires was flat. I changed the tire and took the car back to the airport to get a different one. I was charged 500.00 dollars extra for a flat tire. Very poor company. I will not be using this company again.

When I picked up the car ,it was filthy couldn't see out the windscreen ,smear all over it ,hadn't been vacummed just in an untidy way .And then when I dropped the car off I was and Hour later and they charged me a full day considering when I rented the car I was told it was ok to be a little late ,due to the road interruptions and the driveway being hidden I didn't find it a couple of times had to go round and round to finally get in there .

I flew down urgently because my dad has cancer, carrying a newborn and a heart that already felt heavy. By the time I landed I was exhausted, emotional, and completely overwhelmed. My newborn baby started crying while I was trying to sort paperwork and luggage, and I felt that familiar wave of “I cannot do all of this at once.”
And then the team stepped in.
Lena, Wafa and Adele, were beyond incredible. They didn’t just process a booking, they cared. Lena helped calm my baby while I gathered myself, and the whole team moved with such warmth and understanding. They reassured me, worked efficiently, and treated me like a human being, not just another customer in line.
In the middle of a really hard season for my family, they were calm, compassionate, and genuinely kind. That kind of service isn’t just good customer service, it’s heart.

Do not book with this company!! They are a scam. They advertise cars and when you go to pick up the car offer you a lesser car but still charge the larger car rate! Total scam. I would rate them lower than 1 star if it was an option!
