slow and unreliable
slow nd unreliable. i booked a car insepction for my toyota camry . they tried to reach the car dealer apparently , they couldn't reach them and so they devided the next best thing is to send me an email after an hour , and there was no way for me to contact the inspection guys. if they called me , i would have facilitated the meeting or fetched another number . happened multiple times and finally did the inspection after a week's delay. just like many other services - slow , sloppy , no accountability.

Thanks for leaving a review of our inspection service.
We require the seller's number to schedule inspections as we need to ensure that they have the vehicle ready for the check. We cannot schedule these with the buyer for this reason.
Unfortunately if the seller does not answer calls or texts this will delay inspections as it is outside our control.

Yep, saved me from a disaster. Worth every cent to get the check done. Very thorough process and was easy to identify where the private seller was telling porky pies about servicing, brakes, tyres and mechanical condition. Outstanding service.
