Excellent purchase

Website easy to use. I purchased 2x Captain's Treble Bench Seats at the same time as they were the best value 3 seaters available from NBB. Benches arrived in good time strapped to a wood pallet that I'll need to get rid of later myself.

Quality product but instructions need more clarity
Good material and all the pieces were there - the only issue was the clarity of the diagrams. Some of the pictures are misleading and even inaccurate-that said we got there!

An absolute delight
The whole experience from purchasing to building the bench up was an absolute delight. Didn't have problem with delivery at all. Everything was packed properly on the pallet and delivered on time. You can tell it's a great product made in the UK because building it was so easy and quality is second to none. Everything aligned properly, didn't need to drill through holes ever. I normally don't leave reviews only if the product and service were exceptional or really bad. I would definitely recommend to buy from this company to anyone.

Lovely product
Lovely product. Picnic table arrived in 3 separate packages on 2 different days. Table and seats well packaged but leg supports weren’t and arrived on the 2nd day scuffed as only part of the legs were protected.

Rocking on central legs
A bit pricey, but quality seems good. Main problen is lack of guidance holes for the central legs. I did the best I could to get them in line with the end legs but the whole bench is rocking on the central legs, only a couple of mm but enough to need the ends to be packed with slate chips. It might be my patio isn't perfectly level, but in any case a 6 leg design is always going to be problematic. I might try to refix the legs but the holes are now there and I might ruin the whole thing.

Excellent - Standout delivery service!!
Excellent, strong and durable product (this is our second purchase of the octagonal table. The first, purchased three years ago, is indistinguishable from new).
Short lead time is a real bonus. Cushions are not inexpensive, but are durable.
Delivery service was brilliant - the best ever (yes really). One time, as advertised.Driver helped position pallet and, it only took two minutes - but invaluable to a pensioner as some parts are heavy, gave me a quick hand off and took pallet away!
Above and beyond, in terms of care and service. The young man deserves a bonus!
Will definitely order again…
