Sharon was so helpful with all my queries.
I was buying 5 Captain's Seats, for our Bowls Club. 2 were to have a plaque saying one thing, One was to have a different plaque, while the 2 had no plaques. Sharon helped me every step of the way to make sure I got the order correct. And her emails were so friendly. If we need to buy more seats, we'll be straight back to NBB.

Speaking on phone when ordering the bench that was good delivery date okay but delivery was on a Tuesday between 8.00am to 6.00pm it did nor arrive till 7 10 pm on the Wednesday not good at all

Very substanstial bench
Good communication about delivery.
Excellant product & looks great. Straightforward to put together, though ratchet spanners are a must to avoid aching arms.
Within 2 hours old rotten wooden picnic table was dismantled and new picnic bench in place.
Just one thing, it is very heavy. Needs two people to manouver into place.

Delivery was a major issue
Delivery was a major issue, the delivery was a day late.
We stayed at the school until 6pm for delivery didn't turn up. The following day they phoned to ask where to deliver to we stated the High School, it is well signposted deliveries come to reception. They went to the back of the school phoned the canteen they let them in and put the pallet outside a fire door marked keep access clear. The picnic tables are great, delivery shocking!

Impressive Company
From initial enquiry through to organising delivery, everything was A1+.
Spending £2k+ was a big decision and I was reassured by the high level of customer service.
Was on a tight delivery schedule which was taken on board and the 5 benches were even delivered a day earlier than required.
Would highly recommend for both quality of product and high level of service.

Pleased and disappointed.
Price seemed OK, delivery was quick.
However, for "flat-pack" assembly, I needed a gorilla with a mallet, and even then, they did not go toether easily.
Pilot and clearance holes needed to be drilled. scruffy edges needed chamfering.
And it was bigger than advertised, despite my checking with them before ordering. Says 1.22m was 1.34m.
In fairness, they did give me a partial refund, so I could pay someone to make them smaller to fit the space.
Don't buy unless you have a tame gorilla (handyman) to assemble them.

Beautiful, Durable Furniture - We absolutely love it!
We recently bought two Captain’s Seats, a Captain’s Double Seat, and a Bosun’s Table, and we couldn’t be happier! The furniture looks absolutely lovely under our pergola - sturdy, stylish, and so comfortable to sit on. It arrived quickly, was very well packaged, and the whole ordering process was simple and smooth.
The best part? No more painting or maintenance! The recycled material feels durable and high quality, and we love knowing it’s an eco-friendly choice too. We’d definitely buy from NBB Recycled Furniture again - highly recommended!

Perfect in all respects
From start to finish this company was excellent. The 8 seater bench was very well described and reasonably priced, when calling about the order the colleague I spoke to was lovely and helpful. Delivery was well within timescale and hassle free.
The instructions for assembly could not have been clearer and the item is sturdy and solid.
Overall, a fantastic company to deal with, very customer focused and excellent products. Unfortunately the item is built for life so it's unlikely I'll be a repeat customer, but would highly recommend!
