Lovely product out of the box but does not last
Purchased a carbon case, screen protector and camera protector - cost somewhere around £55 after offers and arrived in good time in February (3 months ago).
I am sad to say for a premium priced product none of the items have lasted the course - the carbon effect started to wear off from just putting the phone in my pocket, the screen protector cracked within the first few days (I have used cheap ones that have last a year) and to add insult to injury today the camera protector just dropped off - it lost its stickiness.
I tried to report this a couple of times to RB via social media (this seems to be the only way) but had no response.
Very disappointed for something claiming to be a premium product - I have had cases and protectors costing 1/4 of the price last for so much longer than the 3 months this has for me.
Lovely product out of the box, great fit and finish but fails and wears out quicker than the cheaper items it claims to be superior to.

Köpte ett mobilskal som jag var mycket nöjd med. Tyvärr ramlade ramven runt kameralinsen av på baksidan. Sånt händer såklart, men efter att ha kontaktat deras professionella support så löstes mitt problem strålande.

Got a replacement after the “carbon…
Got a replacement after the “carbon fibre” started peeling off, they did send a replacement but now my MagSafe chargers won’t work with it on. Avoid… UPDATE.. replacement received and works fine now, hopefully it doesn’t wear like my first one

I received my case on the 12th of April and I’m super happy with my purchase. It truly is an amazing product,I love how thin the case is and how light weight it is. Exactly as describe. It was truly worth the wait. I recommend this case to anyone and everyone who likes a slick and lightweight case that takes care of business.

No shipment update for 10+ days
Paid for the case, lens protector and charger On 27.3.24 today is 8.4.24 and the shipment was still not updated. Contacted support multiple Times, but they was not able explain where the shipment is and why it took so Long. Disappointed.

Jeg købte et cover til iPhone pro Max 14 slut december, modtog det lige inden nytår. Her 3 måneder senere er der slidt hul i hjørnerne, skrev til kundeservice for det har jeg aldrig oplevet før, selv på det billigste fra Kinesien.
Men svaret er blot det er normal slidtage og det skal man forvente til et cover til 250.-
Det er simpelthen for ringe kvalitet, til den pris! 0 stjerner herfra.

High quality and amazing customer service
I’m loving the product! It’s high quality with a perfect sleekness and grip. I had an issue with the camera protector, but they have an amazing customer service and got it replaced right away! Although the V3 I got for my iPhone 15…
Although the V3 I got for my iPhone 15 pro I got looked good. Is not fit for purpose, unfortunately it DOES NOT support MagSafe charging after 30% battery with all 3 of my different wireless chargers. I thought it was the phone but after using the Apple’s own and also the Mous case it charged fine.
Good looking
Not worth the money.
Shame as I do like the look and feel. But it is only a £9.99 case not fit for purpose. Back to the drawing board guys. Sorry.

Terrible case! Avoid buying this stuff
Terrible case, no quality at all! After two months of using it, it broke above charging point, and the out layer keeps coming off. I contacted the customer services and have been told that i broke the case!
Complete and utter nonsense from customer services that i have caused the damage to the case. That's a really low blow. TERRIBLE CASE, EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICES!

We use synthetic fiber, meaning hydro-dipped hard plastic for our cases.
We do not use real carbon fiber because it can interfere with signals.
The material is specified in the product description and product details.
According to the tracking it was delivered 4 days after you placed the order.
Of course if you are not satisfied we can arrange a return.

Case is perfect. I used to use the Amazon bought carbon fiber cases and if you dropped the phone would break the back glass. Also their customer services is second to none. Thank you again for a perfect case.
