I had good experience with them and the customer service. I saw their case advertising online and I gave it a try. I got the case and it is looking good. It’s thin for those you want a thin case. The action button was a bit stiff to operate and I’ve contacted customer service. I had a quick reply and a replacement on the way. That’s why 5 stars.

I purchased two of the V3 carbon phone cases for an iPhone Pro Max 16. I have had them for several months and they are still in excellent condition. I highly recommend this case and I can also tell you the customer service is the very best.

Bought their screen protector that was supposed to be super strong. Dropped my phone about 3 inches on the floor and the screen protector cracked. Not so super strong I guess.

The Reborn Device cases are beautiful and the accessories are equally well designed, aesthetically pleasing, and very useful. Aside from the many products, the customer service I received was superb. Because I work in the service industry, I’m particularly aware of good customer service as it is becoming more rare to find. My experience was absolutely exceptional!!

Dropped my iPhone about 2 feet and the case split, got in touch with them and had no reply other for them asking for photos. Cases are plastic rubbish. The fancy box it came in is stronger than the actual case.

Köpte deras Carbon Fiber Case V3 (BLUE) LIMITED EDITION i maj 2024. 6 månader senare faller skalet isär. Tunt plast som spricker lätt.
Har haft skal som klarar sig mycket längre än 6(!) månader.

Sen att få folk att hets köpa bara för det skulle vara ”Limited edition” är fult gjort. Samma ”Limited edition” skal finns fortfarande att köpa ett år senare

Horrible, they promote this strong carbon screen protector, however, it’s rubbish it’s normal plastic from china. 1 day in I dropped my phone normally on the street and the cover got smashed

Es ist kein echtes Carbon sondern Plastik, hätte ich es früher gewusst hätte ich es nicht bestellt Reiner betrug . Die gleiche Hülle gibt es bei AliExpress für paar Euro

They Looks nice, but that’s it. Phone case doesn’t fit well top right corner of the case doesn’t hold the phone properly so easily slips out. Camera lens protector fell off within an hour.

Spend the money elsewhere

Good locking cases but they fall apart and the carbon starts to fade and the cases become see through

I’ve had nothing but the best experience with Reborn Device. I have a little thing for the carbon style and have tried many cases and watch straps but none of them feel the way the reborn ones feel - I’m still blown away by the quality of the iPhone case and the ultra watch strap! The customer service is also fantastic and helped with all my queries I had. Totally totally recommend!
