Very good customer service and prompt shipping, the rattan bin I bought was a bit pricey but lovely quality and lined as well.

Beautiful products, great service
Beautiful, stylish products and great service - one item in my order was damaged in transit, I had a response to my email immediately and a replacement was arranged straight away. Love Rebecca’s taste, and she couldn’t have been more helpful.
Will definitely order again!

linen table cloth
Ordered linen table cloth, absolutely beautiful. So pleased with my purchase. I must say that having ordered the wrong size initially I contacted Rebecca by phone, what a joy to be greeted by a very pleasant professional person who sorted everything out for me over the phone within minutes. Along with the refund.
I would definitely recommend anyone looking for top quality items with that personnel touch to contact Rebecca.

Already a repeat customer!
Ordered two different types of napkins and the swirl glasses and so pleased with all of them. The napkin quality is excellent and they have already been well used. Easy to take care of and look beautiful. The glasses look and feel so delicate but are really very robust. Overall incredibly happy and already been back for extra glasses!

Pink Alicia Murano Tumblers
I purchased the Alicia Murano pink Tumblers. WOW!!!! They are exquisite! Probably could do without the scratchy hand etched initials on the bottom as it looks scruffy and unintentional however the glasses themselves are stunning. Absolutely stunning.
Funnily, I though it was £40 for a set of 4 so I purchased 2 (sets) thinking 8 would arrive but only 2 tumblers arrived and I then realized the price was for only 1 tumbler and I had to explain to my husband that I had just paid £65 per glass (inc shipping) !!! Hahah I am a Wally! But seriously I was so impressed with the quality and how gorgeous they are that I am fully committed to doubling down and purchasing the other 6 hahah!
