Another laughable interaction with Reactive Parts.
Unfortunately, as the only supplier of screens to fit their CRC fairings, I had no choice but to place an order with them. After my order was held in 'processing' for a few days, I call up to ask what the issue is. 1st person says there's a 'sync' error between ecommerce orders and fulfilment. No call back. I then see my order gets cancelled. I place the order via eBay. That gets cancelled as they claim there's no stock.
Hmm. Strange.
I call up again asking them if they don't have stock. Lots of shuffling about, I finally get through to a manager. Finally, clarity.
Due to my previous complaints, they don't feel that I'd be satisfied with any product from them. I.e. You're barred from buying anything from us. Well, if they could actually deliver an item within a reasonable timescale (I waited patiently for 2 months for a part that never arrived which affected my euro track event).
Anyway. If you order a screen for a BMW and have your order cancelled. Sorry. I told them that one of my mates would order it for me and so it's up to them if they fancy closing other peoples orders pot luck.
Who knew businesses could be so salty?

My order history.
000017370 - Fulfilled. This was delayed and I kept the alpha racing sprocket and washer.
000017868 - I kept the frame covers. You supplied a fairing kit which had a crack in it. Unsurprisingly, I returned this item.
000017944 - Fairing kit brackets. Why would I keep these if I don't have a fairing?
000018311 - I waited for 2 months for this order. Got fed up after you had no date of being able to supply. So I cancelled it.
So you supply damaged items and have delayed sending orders out for months and you think I'm the issue? Wow.
Quoting the eBay cancellation:
"Unfortunately, the seller had to cancel your order due to the following reason: I'm out of stock or the item is damaged."

So I see you changed your response after incorrectly stating that I've returned EVERYTHING I purchased from you. I've explained clearly why items have been returned or cancelled. I don't think any of them are unreasonable.
However you still operate in a fashion where you blacklist customers. I hope that operating model works out well for you.

The reason 'unable to supply', given via your eBay cancellation, does not mean 'no stock'. Please accept our apologies for this confusion
Management looked into the import issue cited by the first colleague you spoke to and in discovering the issue with the order, took the decision to cancel it.
I believe you have had a conversation with management and understand it is not a logical move for us to supply the screen to yourself due to the fact every order you have placed with us in the past you have been unhappy with, returned or cancelled. We are not in the business to cause dissatisfaction and respectfully, we do not for-see this order having a different outcome to any orders previously
I can see a number of my colleagues have been in communication with you today and that you understand this concept
