got an engineer to fix problem within 24hrs . engineer was informative and explained the problem to me .seemed to know his stuff ..

Your office staff were prompt polite and very efficient. The engineer Gary that you sent on both occasions was most helpful in sorting the problem and explaining what was wrong and what he was going to do to correct it. I would have no problem in recommending your services to anyone.
I would add I will need a service to my boiler early in the new year as per the contract.

Brilliant fast service, had a blocked drain ,with 2 short phone calls ,from 1st call to Reactive ,then call to Drain Engineer , he then drives away after clearing blocked drain ,less than 1 hour in total ,WHERE CAN YOU GET SERVICE LIKE THAT ,SOME COMANIES YOU CAN SPEN A HOUR ON THE PHONE TRYING TO GET THROUGH.
With reactive drain was unblocked in less than a hour ! Amazing

I had been with British Gas for many years and thought I was receiving value for money. The occasion came when British Gas let me down. I was apprehensive to find another company to service my central heating as I wrongly thought that British Gas were the best but I now wish that I had found Reactive Insurance years ago.
Their engineers are experienced, courteous and reliable.

I found the technician very helpful and was very quick in getting the sky and tv working.

Excellent service

It is regret that our experience with this company was dreadful, as it is underwritten by sagic, one of the reasons we decided to take out the policy for home emergency cover. We had to phone in 5 times, 1 for a boiler service, which took 15 mins, and the other 4 times was for the same 2 faults. The engineers used in our area were subcontractors so had work of their own to complete, as well as for Reactive, so each time we had to wait a minimum of 2 days and 3 out of the 5 visits we got phone calls from the engineers cancelling and delaying their visits. Because the work had not been done correctly in the first place we for both jobs when my wife rang in she was made to feel a nuisance by the person that arranged the engineers to call, he was quite rude and sharp with her. The one call we had was for a faulty programmer which was replaced for a cheaper model, we had a 7 day 3 Chanel programmer, which was replaced for a 1 day 2 Chanel programmer which was faulty in its fitting and not working as required. All in all even after reading all the great reviews our experience was diabolical and we are so glad that our contract with Reactive is finished so that we can hopefully set in place something reliable

Hi start with customer services .. sorting out my problen ,, polite hugely efficent ,,,certainly gave me a sence of relief,,, had the best plumber ever his name is Darrell ,,,i am 74 yrs old had lots of plumbers in my home over the years,, but i was quickly apparent darrell was indeed a bit special 10'10 for job well done my thanks to darrell... ...something idid not expect to happen ...trouble locking my front door, phoned customer services,,,they were teriffic assured me ther passing job over to a locksmith ... this was 10am at 2pm had the locksmith in my home,,,, simply outstanding service ,,,door problem sorted i really was gratefull for this service,, my front door could be locked .. reactive insurance i can never thank you enought for that.... i would like to mention i have saved quite a bit of money by joining reactive insurance ..i feel quite pleased with myscelf in fact rejoining i know i will get 5 star treatment from reactive knowing in the comeing year we will be well looked after.... there is one person in customer servives his name is Sedge ....he is part of extraordinary costomer services ..THANKS SEDGE .. FINALLY my review ib based on the treament i have received from reactive ,,, my reply ... simply you are the best by a mile ,,, respect to you all noel o'reilly

It's interesting that the title of this website is Trust pilot..... because after my experience Trust is exactle what you can't do. I signed up with Reactive insurance about 2 years ago. I run a tiny B&B, just 2 bedrooms and smaller than most domestic properties. Having had problems in the past I went to the trouble of notifying the company that I did B&B in 2 rooms. I was assured this was fine. I found the service to be good because I called them out on one occation and they were good. On this basis I upgraded my service to include an annual service. When the renewal came around I realised I had not had an annual service for the previous year, so I phoned and asked 'where was my service'. Then came the reply '' you are not covered'', But I had been paying my premiums for the whole year..... and you were asking for next year's premiums too, and I'm not covered????? TRUST, pilot.. no trust at all in Reactive Insurance, whatsoever.... maybe they should rebrand themselves and Unreactive Insurance?
