Ease of purchase and scheduling of delivery.

Be very careful about insulation charges. We paid $635 for a 90 minute installation of a cooktop and microwave, products which cost about $2,000 total. We paid $300 for insulation at the time of purchase. Although the company's paperwork does indeed cover it, we were not warned at the time of purchase that additional insulation charges from a third party contractor
/installer could be more. After the old cooktop and oven were removed, we learned that modifications to the countertop would add another $300 in installation charges. In our opinion the $635 installation charge, about 1/3 of the purchase price, is not reasonable. The granite modifications took 15 to 30 minutes. We went to the store to ask for an adjustment but were stonewalled behind the terms and conditions. Be careful to ask ALL the right questions before you sign, and be sure to ask your installer about possible additional charges before they remove all your old appliances!

We went to RC Wiley to purchase a new mattress and bed frame and ended up buying an entire bedroom suite. Our sales rep was Amanda Preciado , she was professional, knowledgeable, customer oriented and super responsive every time we called. Initially we were trying to choose between 3 different bedroom sets. Amanda was patient, offered suggestions to help complete the set and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. Amanda made us feel comfortable when we went to choose a new mattress and she was knowledgable in the sleep comfort of each mattress.
Delivery was as promised and everything went smooth.
We expect to make future purchases at RC Wiley and will be happy to have Amanda as our sales representative.

First went into the store to see if I could still order the ottoman that goes to my couch and chair set. Sadly it was discontinued recently plus the salesclerk said they slightly changed the color so it would not have matched anyways. But she did take the time to look it up online and was willing to call the company to see about the ottoman but it was the color thing that was the deal breaker….she took time and looked up online another ottoman that was my second choice, its a little quirky but with many colors in it. It’s online only so I ordered it myself! Good customer service.

The text notifications and updates on the progress of my order were really useful since I ordered online. The men who delivered my furniture, were pleasant, friendly, and aware of both what they needed to do and what I wanted.

We had a USB CHARGER WENT out on the leather sofa WHIILE under warranty . We called RCCS … and after a tech Carl came and verified . Took pictures etc.
We later received a request for the couch’s serial or mfg number . None were on either our new recliner nor the new couch .

CS sent Carl the tech per procedure to verify the defect and find the serial no’s .
The CS lady insisted there had to have . Carl was sent out again .

He remembered the first visit and examined with us only to discover neither the recliner nor the couch had any MFG SERIAL . As we told the CS lady after numerous looking under around inside .(as Carl did too) no numbers
“Carl ( field service tech ) is a problem solver !!”
He listened and looked for a work about . Even searched other stores in the network to discover they still sold them In other states .
In addition Carl upon leaving promised to get back to us. Carl explained he needed to follow procedure and get to the supervisor or manager . He left assuring us of a solution and we felt satisfied the issue would be addressed .
In 15 mins a returned a call to us ( CARL 👍🏻) informing of his communication with supervisor … the problem will be addressed and costs absorbed by RC . It is the right thing to do … and they did it !
Carl will be the tech to install the new USB A FEATURE of the couch .
Carl deserves the recognition of being an excellent representative ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️of RC Willey and a work ethic lost in today’s society.
Hat’s off to the supervisor also !

We were shopping for a new couch. We were greeted when we walked in the store, then given lots of space to browse and try different living room sets. No pressure. There were staff walking by intermittently to make sure our questions were answered. Once we made a decision our sales person was thorough in explaining different payment options and suggested fabric protection which we also bought with the savings from No Sales Tax sale. We could have paid cash but ended up opening an account for 18 mos interest free and additional discounts. We really liked the variety of styles and colors to match our tastes! Purchased on Saturday and delivered on Thursday. Great communication on delivery window as well.

Great store, great sales folks, not pushy and don’t rush you. An overall excellent experience!

We had been searching for a garage ready refrigerator. Supply chain issues caused lack of stock in all of the major suppliers. We understand the issue. RC Willy’s customer service far exceeded their competitors. They knew what we wanted and arranged for us to make the purchase with the understanding that they will manage the supply situation and keep us informed of their ability to deliver. Other companies would not take our order.

I loved our sales person, but set up has been absolutely AWFUL!

First, The connections for the washer and dryer blew out twice. They are replacing the units but I was without a W/D over Christmas with 8 people at home. And, not before RC Willey customer support argued with me twice on their responsibility. AND, the leaks caused significant damage to our floor boards and insulation under our newly remodeled home.

Second, they didn’t remove the plastic film off the interior lights on the oven or tell us there was plastic covering them and the plastic melted all over, damaging the lights.

Third, the ice drawer in our brand new fridge was broken. Not sure if they did this during set up or it came from the factory broken.

What a mess!

Was surprised to see how many electric fireplaces on display in the showroom. The salesman was very friendly and polite, he explained about the one we were interested in. We did not purchase immediately because I wanted to shop around and see if I could find more styles in the size I needed then went home and ordered on the website.
