We were asked if we needed help several times but not pressured and left to browse. Once we found what we wanted, were given fast, professional service and a discount. When picked up the next day. It was loaded into my van. We were thanked for shopping with RC Willey.

Products show available when they aren't
I ordered a Ninja appliance that showed available for pickup in Layton, then got an email saying it isn't at that store, and that someone would be in touch. I haven't heard anything, no updates-nothing. This is the third time this has happened.

We got caught in a bind. My husband pulled out his RC Willey card, which we've never used outside of RCWilley, haven't used it for years.....and paid for the purchase! It's for more than furniture!

UPDATED: Absolute best decision to buy this Sofa-Bed
Well, you haven't delivered the sofabed yet, so asking me this is premature... the web-site gave me a challenge the first time processing [which I sent the info to you guys already-as you requested & responded a day later] later that eve [Sunday eve] I retried to process and was successful, now granted I was unaware if you had "double-charged me [calling my bank confirmed that did not happen] This NEW couch hopefully looks and feels great-bought it via internet only [never done this before-Old School] I have a dual recliner sofa coming a week later... It should be a great match.

We absolutely love this beautiful sofa bed!! Although I haven't opened it up [don't feel the need to because of the quality seen] yet, it's a heavy quality made sofa. The colors are perfect that match our new Sofa Recliner.. The accents of the material tacks, on the arms, throw pillows, plus the prints on the sofa are perfect. Plus the delivery guys were awesome-professional, and respected our home as well.

Buying a washer and dryer combo
Buying a washer and dryer combo was good back in 2021. I had issues with it so they changed them out 3 times and the new one workd for 3 years and 11 months and now the washer is going out. I still have 1 year and 1 month left on the extended warranty so we are getting it changed out but RC Willey we stop our warranty and they don't want to give us credit for it i have heard so many people love this company. but I am not getting the same experience as others .

Hi Alrick! I apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. Our extended warranties are for repairs and, unless the unit is deemed unrepairable, we don't offer replacements. Our records show that your washer was deemed unrepairable and so we are exchanging it out for a new washer, but that exchange does fulfill the warranty. If you want an extended warranty for the new washer, you do have to purchase it. Please call our extended warranty department at 801-464-2340 if you have any questions. They are open from 10 am to 6 pm MT Monday through Friday.

Bought a mattress for our rv
Bought a mattress for our rv. Shannon was great gave needed info, answered all questions. Then let us decide what was best for us no pushing or pressure. Then had an issue with payment. Customer service handled it without hesitation and issued a refund. Easy to work with.
