Asked for a review before the parcel is delivered. I have asked them where the parcel is and they say there is nothing they can do, its very late. Do not order from these people if you have a deadline for gift ect.

Received order today and transmitter/controller doesn’t work at all. Have contacted RC Geeks to arrange a return so let’s see if their customer service can improve this rating.

my plane performed well it came three days early very durable and fun as long as you don't get it stuck in a tree for three hours like we did perfect for begginers

Really good car for my son as a beginner, cam pre built so was great as birthday present and no hassle. Love the fact you can have spare parts too and ordered a spare battery. Would happily recommend.. Delivered on time and as described.

Really good RC, bought 2 others from other supplier (returned both), different rc.
This one, Slyder mt turbo, it’s really good, made really well. Metal components where others use plastic. It’s fast, real fast, but you can set everything as you want until you get used to it. Which means both me and my 10yr son can both enjoy.

Descent product with good pricing. Website was nice and easy to navigate, plenty of useful information and delivery was quick with good packaging. excellent overall.

I bought an RC car from RC Geeks (rcgeeks) and, while it's a fun and robust product, the speed took a bit of getting used to and we had a few crashes. They offer decent service and quick delivery, but more clarity about stock availability would be helpful. Overall, an OK experience.

The ordering and delivery process is is seamless. Updates regularly given and on time delivery. I bought 7 of the cheapest drift cars they stock for a rc drift party for a bunch of 11 year olds and was pleasantly surprised. No they were not the best quality very toy grade but for £26 they could drift. To be completely honest it ended up more like a drift demolition derby for about 45min and I was praying for the batteries to die which is far longer than the 20min given on the box. Even after that every single car still worked. Thanks to RC Geeks for helping make an 11 year old and all his friends very happy.

Very bad service with very bad products. i recently got a mini drift car and it makes a noise soon after switching the car on. I have made several complaints but no one gets back to me until now. Do not recommend RC geeks at all. If you are keen on Mini drift cars please check alternatives.

My wife bought me an RC Car for Christmas, I had a few Tamiya cars when I was younger and wanted to relive my youth.

My first impressions of the car were disappointing, build quality wasn't what I was expecting and the controller feels very cheap. The instructions in the box didn't match the spec of the car and the power switch and speed controller were both unfixed.

I charged the battery and ran the car until it went flat. It was pretty quick. On boxing day, having recharged the battery, I took it out to run it again. Reverse operated intermittently. I adjusted the throttle trim without success and reset the speed controller as described in the instructions. Nothing improved the situation.

I contacted RC Geeks to request a refund since the car is faulty and it isn't fit for purpose. I was met with a reply suggesting everything I had already done. I tried again. No change. A second email followed which was met by more deflection and asking me to check something else. No change. The reply to my third email asked for a video showing the fault. I jumped through that hoop, filmed the fault clearly and emailed it to RCG.

I was told to return the car and they would inspect it. I didn't have a box to put the box in (I didn't want to send it just in the retail box.) RCG received it on 22nd January.

Having not heard anything from the company my wife chased them and was told it had to be inspected by "one of their engineers." She was promised it would be resolved by Monday 3rd February but that date came and went. She waited until yesterday - 6th February - and chased it again repeating her demand for a refund. She received a reply this morning saying her experience was slower than their usual process time but they would come back to her this afternoon. They didn't.

Having read the review before mine what we are experiencing is clearly not an isolated incident.

My wife is going to raise a complaint under the Consumer Credit Act with her credit card company on Monday.

You are a company about covering up your misgivings with lies , firstly the item was only used on 2 occasions, less then 15 minutes the first use and 10 minutes at best the second attempt , so not well used , we did reach out but you played the game of ignoring our emails so we went over 30 days to avoid PayPals protection policy , you fobbed us off about experts within the company when there’s just a couple of you and a couple of admins that work for your company plus a advertising person the false impressions you give of a reliable company is just work play we find you unreliable , deliberately difficult to deal with and reluctant to put right the issues with a faulty product …. The fact you have put a responce like this when we tried and tried for weeks to get you to put this situation right just shows how poor your customer services are … my advice is to anyone buying a RC Car is to purchase elsewhere if you have any problems they try every way to not refund you don’t believe the company will look after you they won’t and you will be wasting your it money
We have got our money back in the end through Paypal so this company can do one !!!

Terrible company do not recommend at all , first the car never went anywhere near 30mph , secondly , we sent it back for a refund when it arrived they said they fixed it then asked me when I wanted a refund to admit nothing was wrong with it , we found out after that this was just to get the opportunity to offer a reduced refund and not the full amount , they claimed to have fixed it but when it arrived back it was damaged further due to THERE so called repairing and usage to test it the tyres are worn , the car still doesn’t work correctly … they won’t refund you they won’t try and help you they won’t allow you to there registered trading address , they don’t have a contact number and they ignore your emails until after 30 days so they don’t have to offer you a full refund , read this companies reviews on all networks if something goes wrong they won’t help you , karma is a wonderful thing and I hope you guys get what you deserve your just a bunch of crooks and you deserve to be shut down .. AVOID THIS COMPANY DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY FROM MY EXPERIENCE THE PRODUCT IS NOT WHAT THEY ADVERTISE AND NOT WORTH THE MONEY YOU MIGHY AS WELL GET A CHEAP WIRED RC CAR BECAUSE THESE ARE TERRIBLE AND THE SERVICE IS JUST AS BAD

This might honestly be the best customer service I’ve experienced from a business!

I ordered the 1/18 Lambo RC car and it is absolutely awesome - I felt like a little kid again with a rich kids toy. The car is so fast and drifts so well. The indicators, light and body shell are all awesome features and the quality is a 10/10 in terms of how it feels and the overall experience.

The only downside I would say is that the controller feels cheap and “toy” like quality vs the very premium feel of the car. However, at 60GBP u can’t get anything better and they’ve prioritised the much more important part of the experience which I like.

Overall, 10/10 experience, these guys are awesome!

Customer support non existent, no response to emails, wouldnt buy from again

I tried to order my item some months ago I set a reminder for them to contact me when available and although I had forgotten about it true to their word they where in touch the second the item was back in stock
