The car is brilliant very happy 7 year…
The car is brilliant very happy 7 year old. His brother is soon to be a happy 5 year old. We have not used two together yet but told they won't interfere looking forward to some re races in the near future. Great product very resilient as it has had more than its fair share of bumps already with no issues.

Excellent Customer Service
I recently contacted RC Geeks regarding a car I bought from them over a year ago - sadly my son lost the charger for it. I was promptly responded to by Liam, who informed me that the car had been discontinued so he couldn't sell me a replacement charger. What he did do, however, was send me 2 spare chargers and batteries, free of charge!! This made a 10-year-old boy very happy indeed, and clearly shows how RC Geeks value their customers. I have 2 other children and when they decide they want a RC car, I will definitely be visiting RC Geeks again and would recommend them to my friends too. Thanks Liam!

They have no wo warranty on their products. Customer support very bad. Sent me faulty drone drone. When it came to the warranty, they simply do not answer messages.
Now I have to contact citizens advice to do the claim.

Poor Customer Service
They are fast at delivering the item(s) which is a good point.
However, in my case they delivered a defective item, and were not that quick to respond, despite me reporting it immediately upon delivery with the appropriate Invoice number. Rather than just providing an RMA number for me to return the item, they responded with questions about what happened, on an item they had just delivered to me.

Communication poor from this company
Communication poor from this company, not help offered when emailed about faulty rc car. Issue still not rectified and now left with a non working rc car after spending more money with them, IMHO avoid.
