Waited over three weeks for the goods
Waited over three weeks for the goods. Problem was with the third party courier but Rayflex persisted to wait for the courier to sort the problem and leave me waiting rather than send a new delivery and sort the problem with courier in the background.

Hi Luke, this is disappointing to hear. I'm sorry you were inconvenienced. I've checked with the team here to see why this occured as it's very unusual for us.
We received your order on the 7th Nov and shipped on 8th Nov, we assumed the goods would be delivered on time by DX (our courier). We were not made aware that you hadn't received the goods until 16th November, when DX advised they had shipped to a wrong address in error and were arranging collection and redelivery to yourself. This was still the quickest method of getting the goods to you rather than re-cutting and resending the goods.
Thank you for your patience with the order, on rare occsion our couriers do mess up orders and we can only apologies on their behalf and apologise from our perspective for not being more proactive.
We would like to offer you a full refund on the carriage element of your order. Please contact our office if you would like the refund to be put back on your card / another method of payment.
