Delivery was slow. Poor customer service
Delivery was slow., only half order was delivered I sent several emails requesting updates . No reply until I wrote demanding a refund. Then they replied that they were waiting for a delivery .
The orders eventually arrived frozen which was good .
While I was waiting they were sending me multiple emails to say 50% off for Black Friday but they didn’t offer me any reductions for my delayed order lol.
Quality of dog food was excellent but customer service is dreadful I will not order from them again.

Helpful on phone and delivery on time, however, having been a customer for many years it is a bit annoying that because I don’t buy on line, I don’t get any offers of any kind. Loyalty doesn’t count.

Your order was dispatched via courier service and after a couple of conversations with yourself and the courier service this issue was resolved promptly.
Although you received your order in 2 deliveries your order was complete and still frozen as we package our products in temperature controlled pouches.

Defrosted raw meat and no customer service.
Tried calling, leaving voicemails, emailing, haven't been able to get hold of customer service at all. Been trying for days. Only half of my order was delivered last month and we've since moved house. Their courier, who I also can't get hold of, are now attempting to deliver raw meat to a house that nobody lives in. The previous delivery was mostly defrosted on arrival as well, never got a response about that either. Not food safe or hygienic at all. Avoid using these clowns.

The 50% off offer that was on after I wrote this review was hard to pass up. The last delivery all arrived frozen fine though so I will continue using their service and have updated my review score. I think the issue is with the overnight courier, everything delivered by their own vans arrives in good condition.
I notice that the response from Raw menu doesn't offer to try to put right any of the issues that I have had with deliveries or thawed meats that had to be thrown out. Still the best value supplier that I've found but it is a bit of a gamble.

We are disappointed to hear about your unsatisfactory experience with us.
I've looked into this further and can see that you contacted us via email on 3rd October 2023 to advise that you received part order and advised us of the change of address, we do apologise this was missed by our team and the order was sent the same day to your previous address. There was no mention in this email about you not receiving the product frozen, this review is the first we have seen about the defrosted product issue.
I can assure you we are one of few Raw Pet Food Manufacturers that produce within a temperature controlled environment, we have regular visits from DEFRA, our local trading standards officers and animal welfare officers who are more than satisfied with the quality of our product and our processes, we test our product more than the required amount to ensure our quality.
I can see that you have placed another order with us so can I assume that you do believe our food is safe and hygienic and were not clowns after all.
