Very happy with my experience for an ear appointment. I felt comfortable and well looked after, and happy with the treatment. Will visit again and have already recommended it to friends.

My experience over many years of attending Rawlings, Purley, has been consistently excellent. Simon (Optometrist) is incredibly patient, informative and reassuring, and the staff in the branch are friendly, helpful and efficient.

I saw Prescilla in your Purley branch under the urgent eye referal by my GP for a problem I’d had with my eyes. She was so thorough and kind and went out of her way to explain what she was doing. She put me at ease at what was a very stressful time for me. She was amazing.

My experience has always been positive with accurate advice to find solutions, kind and polite people and efficiency in general.

I had a wonderful experience with Ant and his team in Banstead, in particular Mike who gave me a thorough hearing test and I left feeling expertly cared for, and a clear path to recovering my hearing loss. Congratulations Team Rawlings it’s rare to experience such genuine service. 🙏🙏

I had a slight problem with one eye and was given a next day appointment where I received a thorough check up and helpful advice. The staff were competent and professional as always.

I have been served by Rawlings for many years, First in Winchester and now in Stockbridge which is a very convenient location for me. I see no reason to change. The staff are always helpful and professional.

The optician David was great as always.
However, when an appointment is made, and confirmed by rawlings in an email almost 2 months in advance I do not expect it to be changed without asking me just 2 days prior, and to a later day in the week.
Then to blame the computer.....mmm....the computer is as good as the information keyed in.
Very poor.

A consultation conducted with complete rigour --- I believe no aspect of my eye health was omitted . Additionally, the quality of communication was excellent between Kim and myself -- at no time did I feel as if I was being spoken down to even if some aspects of my knowledge of eyes and optics were wanting

We were seen prior to a possible cataract operation for my husband. However, my husband has other eye issues and so we received detailed information on the condition of his eyes and our options and things to consider overall. The gentleman took his time to give us sufficient advice and information to enable us to make a decision.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Priscilla Cunningham. She was extremely professional, friendly, and conducted a very thorough examination. She took the time to answer all of my questions clearly, making me feel completely at ease. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for excellent eye care!
