Rawlings Opticians & Hearing Care Recenzje

Highly recommend the Team at Stockbridge .

Booked an annual Hearing Test with Bill Mills, I received an excellent service , very clear instructions during the audio test and a very helpful explanation of the results .
Hearing Care is a valuable addition to the services on offer at Rawlings in Stockbridge .

Annual eye tests services are excellent , I have purchased new glasses and the attentive service from all the staff involved in the choosing & fitting is superb .
A complete excellent experience .

Very thorough eye test, but OCT scan at £65, which only takes a few minutes is excessive and much more than the multiple opticians charge.

I phoned for an urgent appointment for an eye infection and was lucky to be able to go to Banstead branch the same day. Simon did a detailed examination and gave me good information and the necessary prescription, and also offered a telephone call if I needed further advice in the coming days. I was impressed by the very personal service and genuine care taken. Thank you Rawlings!

A follow up appointment to have a photo of my retinas taken after 2 small bleeds seen in February. This was due to be done after 3 months but had a total knee replacement in May and when the appointment was due Rawlings waited until I was able to get there. Photos and I was reassured the problem had now resolved naturally. Very reassuring service.

Online appointment booking system easy to use. Clean, attractive environment and very helpful staff. Positive experience from start to finish.

I have been using Rawlings for years. Great service & friendly staff. I particularly want to mention Helen. She is very thorough and explains things clearly in layman’s terms. She addresses any questions I have with patience and professionalism. I could not recommend highly enough.

Excellent eye examination from Katie, very thorough. No pressure to purchase glasses afterwards. Very happy with this optician.
(Incidentally, they do ask for feedback)

Very thorough and caring eye tests at Bookham.
The subsequent discussion re the new glasses that I required was also very thorough and helpful.

There was no hard selling or if you buy today you get this offer discussion unlike other chain opticians which was very reassuring. Just good old fashion service putting the customer first.

Always friendly, helpful & trustworthy

I had ear-wax removal. £70 for about 7 minutes seems a bit excessive to me. Otherwise it was fine.

I went for an eye test as I have been having trouble reading books and music. I can honestly say that the service given by Rawlings is first rate, The lovely woman that did the eye test was exceptional. She explained what was going on and also my history of eye problems. I cannot thank her enough. Also, the receptionists were very good. If you're looking for excellent service this is the company to use. I highly recommend Rawlings at Purley.

Prompt and polite service with everything explained. Although no new glasses were required, adjusted the fitting on my existing pair at no cost.

The STOCKBRIDGE branch is a an exceptional business, with 1st class service

I have used both their optician and hearing services, and both are excellent, with very polite and courteous staff.

This business is "exceptional".

Have been going to this optician for years. The staff are always friendly, the eye test is exceptionally thorough and a lot of care was taken checking that my new glasses fitted well. Would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service as well as professional, friendly, helpful, patient and approachable - would definitely recommend.

My appointment was for a hearing examination.
I had some ear wax removed and then a full hearing test.
At all times everything was fully explained to me.
The test results were again explained to me in a way I could understand and I was shown the results in image form.
Nothing was rushed and when it came to a suitable hearing aid, there was no hard sell and all options including NHS were discussed.
I can recommend Mr Burrin at Rawlings in Purley.

My annual review - worried about cataract developing. Very efficient visit and reassurance from the optician (Mehdi). Excellent service.
