I ordered a dish and it hasn't arrived since November. The money was deducted from my account. No matter how many times I messaged customer service, no one answered.

I ordered two chairs over two weeks ago and the link to the order in the email takes me to a page that no longer exists. I only have an email to say the order has been placed . Nothing to track it or if it is being processed .

I don’t even want to give this company one star !!!! I ordered an item 1st November 2025 it’s now 17th December ! No item delivered , generic responses to emails. I have now asked for my money back. I’m not holding my breath ! I’m annoyed I didn’t look on here first before ordering. Definitely a scam company avoid avoid avoid.

No Item Sent - Still waiting for reply from CS
I ordered an item on the 13th of November 2025, and it still shows as 'processing'. I emailed the support team and received a generic email saying the item would be dispatched in 1-2 days.
It's been a week, and the item is still processing. I emailed again and got the same generic message as before, word-for-word, and still no update on shipping at all, and tracking is still showing as processing, which is crazy after a whole month.
It's now the 16th of December, and I emailed again two days ago because the item is still showing as processing in the tracking details, and the support team have not responded with an update or to request a refund.
Very Unhappy Customer!
