Scammers - 6 week no delivery & customer service none existent. Reported to my bank who luckily refunded.

Ordered children’s Christmas tree on 16th November, still hasn’t arrived and company are not answering any of my emails. AVOID

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Made an order beginning 6th November, and after emailing multiple times asking for an update all I got back was there is a backlog and my order will be shipped in a couple of days. I asked for a refund and have heard nothing back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Placed an order at the start of November, was told delivery would be a couple of weeks, got to the start of December and still nothing so I emailed and was told that they had a backlog and it would be on its way within the next couple of days. Still nothing on the tracking got back in contact and they said it was soon to be sent out. I emailed last week requesting a refund as it wouldn’t be here on time any more and they have ignored me. I now cannot access the tracking and it appears the website has been removed. I’ve disputed it with my bank now.

Ordered a Tickle me Elmo toy on the 10th of November, Did not receive it despite contacting them a few times, First time they replied and said they was having trouble with shipping and should receive my item shortly but now the website is down.

I had ordered something but luckily something felt off so requested a refund and eventually got my money back to later find the site does not exist.

Product never arrived emailed several times and no response! Should have read the reviews before buying! Do not order from this site!

I bought something on 5th November for £25, but I have not received it, and customer service is useless too. I agreed with others that this is the biggest scam.

I placed an order on 27th November 2025. On 19th December I am yet to receive my order. I have had two emails requesting a review of the product but no reply when I email the support team! Not hopeful that I will receive anything. Ravinu - please can I have my money back.

Awful Scam company. Saw lots of Instagram videos of lovely bronze serving dishes. Sent money to have them in time for hosting at Christmas. Emailed 5 times to chase up delivery. Fobbed off saying they are busy and will send soon. After 6 weeks I got an email to say the item was delivered and to give a review. Nothing delivered so chased again and no reply after a week and 6 chase ups. Chinese site by the looks of it and obviously a sc site. Do not buy from them. This seems to be happening a lot from Chinese companies pretending to be British. Disgraced they should have to prove they are legitimate on Instagram!

Scam website. Took my money, did not send item and now website doesn’t exist. Will have to claim money through my bank.
