glasses are defect, one side is not tinted completely, even though the glasses were delivered with the defect now I should pay for the return! miserable service

The reading glasses look good
The reading glasses look good, a bit smaller than expected, but the main thing is that the glass had maybe an extra filter that made it iridescent and mirroring. This was not mentioned in the description. Unfortunately, I cannot use them and return is not very easy. So, for sure I will not buy again from this company glasses.

Ik draag nu mijn 3e leesbril
Ik draag nu mijn 3e leesbril. De eerste kreeg al snel kleine breukjes bij de neusbrug. Een nieuwe besteld, zelfde Marie-Claire model, gebeurde hetzelfde. Had te maken dat het glas te strak zat in het montuur. Foutje van Rau?! Gebeld en kreeg een nieuwe thuis gestuurd. Deze 3e krijgt ook weer scheurtjes. Ben super voorzichtig met de brillen, gebruik altijd het doosje voor vervoer. Ben erg teleurgesteld, gave monturen hippe monturen maar waardeloos!

Wat ontzettend vervelend om te lezen dat je inmiddels bij je derde leesbril opnieuw problemen ervaart met scheurtjes bij de neusbrug. Dit is absoluut niet de kwaliteit die je van onze producten mag verwachten, zeker niet wanneer je er zo zorgvuldig mee omgaat.
We begrijpen heel goed dat dit erg teleurstellend is, juist omdat je de monturen mooi vindt. Dit willen we graag serieus met je oppakken en samen tot een passende oplossing komen.
Zou je contact met ons willen opnemen via e-mail of telefonisch? Dan kunnen we dit verder voor je onderzoeken en netjes met je oplossen.

Wenn man mal wieder auf Marketing und schöne Fotos reingefallen ist. Miese Qualität und das nicht nur beim Rahmen, sondern auch die Gläser sind Schrott. Dummerweise habe ich mich blenden lassen und gleich zwei Solche Teile bestellt... Bei Einer war schnell der Rahmen gebrochen und die Zweite sitzt derart daneben im Gesicht und zu den Augen dass es fast schon Slapstick ist... Da bietet jede Drogeriemarktbrille bessere Qualität. Eigentlich wollte ich nur einen Stern vergeben, aber für das Marketing und das Design der Brillen gebe ich einen mehr...

Er ging iets mis met mijn eerste bestelling, en RAU heeft dit supersnel en heel adequaat opgelost. Daarnaast vind ik het hele fijne en mooie brillen. Bij RAU kun je gerust wat kopen.

Super snelle klantenservice!
Ik had een probleem met een van de leesbrillen die ik aangeschaft had paar maanden geleden.
Schreef een mailtje naar de klantenservice en had na 5 minuten al antwoord. Vlak nadat ik de foto van de bril had opgestuurd, kreeg ik meteen weer een mail van Tom. Heel goed nieuws, we sturen je een nieuwe bril op.
Wat een top service. Voor mij een reden om er meteen nog een extra te bestellen.

Diese Brillen überzeugen
Ich kann die Brillen (in meinem Fall Lesebrillen) nur empfehlen. Vor allem diese softe Oberfläche lässt sich sehr gut tragen!
Ich trage sie in meiner Zahnarztpraxis mit Erfolg.
Andere Anbieter haben oft nur sehr starre Brillen mit eher unangenehm zu tragender Oberfläche im Programm.
Aber diese Brille spürt man kaum - danke für diese tolle Qualität!
Date of experience ist nicht ganz korrekt, da ich schon mehrfach bestellt habe und damit über Langzeiterfahrung verfüge.
