I really like the Guardian glasses
I really like the Guardian glasses! I would like to see more colors and more unique colors. The options are very basic but the lenses are high quality as well as the frames. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is it took their customer service 10 days to respond to an email where I requested dimensions. That info should be on their site!

I have now had a reply from Tom and i have my glasses .
I have not received my glasses yet! Ordered 6th May shipping delivery date was Monday 18th . It didn’t happen ? Still waiting no change available on tracking

bifocal…?
I was deluded because the bifocal reading part is situated very low in the glas and straight forward is not exactly . So I find it easier to use normal reading glasses and put them on my head if I am looking far away . Glasses are nice , overal quality of the frame is ok !

Niet kopen althans niet bij Goede Keuze
Werkte niet, de bril was ook niet aangepast aan mijn oogsterkte. Die kan n meteen de prullenbak in. En de 30 dg garantie zijn fake. Je mag de bril terugsturen naar China, maar wel op eigen kosten en die kunnen gemakkelijk mee lr dan 50 eur bedragen. Als alternatief krijg je gedeeltelijke terugbetaling van 20/30 procent van de koopprijs. Sus eigenlijk betaal je ruim 70 eur voor een toneelbril en een koker.
IK MERK OP DEZE AANKOOP TE HEBBEN GEDAAN BIJ "GOEDE KEUZE", NIET BIJ RAU READERS

Als de bril niet van RAU Readers is en wij ook geen enkele connectie met dit bedrijf hebben, zou je deze negatieve review willen verwijderen.
Wij kunnen onder deze naam geen bestelling van een bril terugvinden in ons systeem. Daarnaast klopt de informatie in deze review niet.
Wij zijn een Nederlands bedrijf en alle bestellingen worden vanuit Nederland verzonden. Ook retouren worden naar ons adres in Nederland gestuurd. Wij leveren uitsluitend kant-en-klare leesbrillen en geen brillen op basis van een oogrecept, zoals in deze review wordt beweerd.
Wanneer een klant gebruikmaakt van het retourrecht, zijn enkel de retourverzendkosten voor eigen rekening. De aankoopprijs wordt volgens onze voorwaarden gewoon terugbetaald.
De bewering dat klanten “meer dan €50” aan retourkosten kwijt zijn en slechts 20-30% terugkrijgen, is daarom onjuist en geeft geen eerlijk beeld van onze service.

Multifocale bril is (voor mij) een drama. Ik heb alleen een bril nodig voor lezen. Leesgedeelte is voor mij te klein waardoor ik constant met mijn hoofd achterover zit om scherp te kunnen zien. Vervelend dat er geen tips meegegeven worden over het gebruik van een multifocale bril. Bril gaat daarom retour!
