I worked with RateGenius a couple of times to look at refinancing my vehicle. After a bit of back and forth they were able to find an offer that lowered my interest rate and took care of the rest. There was a little hiccup with the payoff (on the part of my lien holder; not Rategenius), and Laura from the customer support team went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of.

The only potentially negative part of the experience is that if you don't pick up when they call, they hound you! But once you're paired with a representative, you can text/email them for most of the remaining process.

Dennis was wonderful walking me through the entire process, he was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable and would recommend him to anyone calling rate genius. The only reason for the 4 star was I went through the whole process to notarize the documents online w/ their notary to later find out it had to be done in person with my husband and it was costly to notarize everything we needed.

I put my trust in the online process and was not disappointed. Nichole walked me through each step and reached out to me to calm my nerves! I appreciate that a lot.

Andy was wonderful! He was so helpful, polite and stayed in contact through the whole process. They were able to get my car payment $150 less than what I was paying and in this economy $150 is a big chunk to be able to use towards something else. I highly recommend using Rategenius!
