Great service!
Great service! Not having to install my own licenses is huge. Often the machine type I want to use is full. I would like to see more servers available.

This said, we apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced when the machines are all busy.
The trafic is hard to predict beforehand and when you submitted your projects a couple of days ago unfortunately there were other users with heavy projects rendering at the same time. So you are correct, the power was split between users.
Nonetheless, this was quite unlucky for you but it won't be always the case :).

Rapide, Efficace, je recommande
Un résultat très rapide et très efficace, si je devais être pointilleux, l'interface utilisateur du site et également de l'application de synchronisation pourrait être plus moderne et claire!
J'ai juste eu quelques problème avec le téléchargement via l'application Sync, j'ai donc téléchargé manuellement mes rendus.

We have an online documentation which could be helpful for Maya (and all the other supported 3D software) available here: https://www.ranchcomputing.com/en/documentation/maya/

Basically, as soon as your scene is well set and ready to be rendered, you just have to click on the "prepare project" button :).
You can then check the log displayed by RANCHecker and see if everything is fine.

The people at Ranch Computing are extremely helpful. They are very experienced and proactively helped me to solve some of my issues with a scene when my textures were not rendering correctly. After their help, my scene rendered twice as fast and it looked beautiful. Not only that, but their clear instructions will help me to render better and faster in the future. I will be back with more scenes soon!

C'est la première fois que j'utilise…solution sans casser la tête
C'est la première fois que j'utilise Ranch Computing dans des conditions où j'étais très stressé avec le temps dans un projet. J'ai aimé la manière simple et non compliquée, surtout la liaison entre la scène 3D et le plugin R-C, suivi d'un message d'erreur clair. Contrairement avec l'utulisation d'un autre site très connu qui a bouffé mon energie, le temps et ma passion ( c'était mal traité ), Runch computing ma sauvé dans les dernieres minutes dans laquelle je dois livrer mon projet. Je vous remercie pour la rapidité de votre retour-réponse sur mon mail avec la solution de telechargement oú j'étais bloqué, franchement ( vous êtes très rapide que votre ombre....)

RANCHSync not working
Worked really good through their site. I couldn't get to work "RanchSynch", but it's not a big deal if you can still process and download your render using the site.
They explain very simply how to use their service and have various options based on your needs.
