I have had very good experiences with Raisin since the beginning. Customer service is great. Easy to actually speak to someone rather than dealing with AI generated response systems. Please do not change that! Today, Ola was so very helpful. He is a gem. He walked me through finding a new CD that matched my needs and finding a form to change my external bank change. Joshua Tibian was SO AWESOME
Joshua Tibian was SO AWESOME! He was VERY helpful, patient and courteous. Professional too. I LOVE what Raisin is doing with all of the banks. I do hope though we can get free instant transfers and I hope we can add more than one external bank account. I also hope if we see a bank or credit union with an even higher interest on savings accounts, we can add it with Raisin's blessing. THANK YOU for all that you do. P.S. Give Joshua a raise. Simple request done in seconds!!!
I called Raisin today to do a simple change on my HYS account in reference to a small error regarding my "beneficiary" on the said acct. The lady I spoke to completed my request in about ten seconds! Try that with Chase Bank!!!

There was a very short wait time after making my selection from the automated menu for help. Astou was exceptionally helpful in immediately cancelling a transfer request that I had made in error! I'm very thankful for her compassionate response. I was then able to make the correct transfer request.
