On time, fast and efficient. Called in the morning to confirm time, and very pleasant to deal with even though I was late. Would recommend.

Very disappointing and inconsistent with photos from website of results. I feel compelled to share my experience for other potential customers. I don't feel we got value for money and it's not the result we paid for after closer inspection. We hired this company to remove rubbish from the loft and sweep (confirmed on text ‘yes of course’) it clean afterwards. I sent the pictures to get a quote and accepted when they visited they would have a closer inspection. It turned out the quote was 2.5x higher then max on their site. Yes it was difficult to remove rubbish, but we paid ALLOT in the end. On a few occasions (despite being explicit what to take) tried to say "no that's extra'. The important thing for us after rubbish removal was the sweeping and cleaning up the loft. When I said to one of his employees about why the sweeping had not been done his response was "it's too dusty to sweep out the loft” and only after saying a number of time Miro confirmed on text and him speaking to Miro on his phone did he reluctantly go up and did I mention again tried to charge extra. The SHOCKING part is we learnt today that instead of sweeping up the debris and dust into bags he just swept it all over the insulation and into the ceiling and made right old mess. It took a total of 4 hours to remove the truck load you see below and sweep all the debris into our ceiling. This is an honest review to provide potential customers to make an informed decision based on their needs. The 2 stars was given to reflect the end result and value for money.

Updated 03Mar based on reply: The team were unhelpful and somewhat unpleasant to deal with, I already prompted them once, but it was met with allot of pushback and complained about being up there in the first place. The team should have known that sweeping the floors into the ceiling is not the right way and just common sense really it's not much to ask for. Overall still remain dissatisfied and know in future to go elsewhere to get the job done right.

Very efficient, fast, nothing too much trouble. I called in the afternoon and by the next morning all the old furniture was removed. Some of which was very large but it was cleared away without fuss.

Miro and his team were fast, friendly and polite. Thanks so much for removing a heavy cabinet for us. They’re also COVID safe.

Called them about a bed removal yesterday and the bed has been removed already today. They dismantled it and everything.

Great communication straightaway. Came the next day at the time we agreed which is very important. The 2 men cleared alot of rubbish very quickly and all at a very good price. I would definitely recommend and use again.

So efficient!!

Called as a last minute request to clear rubbish from my apartment the day before I moved out. Arrived Next day, when they said, ended up taking much more than agreed and only cost an additional £10!!! - would highly recommend, took about ten mins to clear everything - definitely use again!

1. They arrived more than an hour late, even though they set the time themselves.
2. We provided them with a detailed video of what needs to be removed before making the booking, but upon arrival they came up with all kinds of excuses and increased the price by 25%.
3. Instead of carefully carrying items down one flight of stairs (there was a lift too!), they threw ALL items, incl. large items like fridgefreezer and washing machine, off the balcony, causing nuisance and disturbance to all neighbours. They didn’t even have a trolley to carry large items.
4. They had no tools, so they couldn’t disconnect items like the cooker, so it was left behind.

That’s the experience we had with this company. Work with them at your own risk!

Has no regard for the property, scratched and chipped doorways, ceilings and wooden floorboards.
Disappointing for a very expensive job. Would not five a receipt unless I paid 60 more for the VAT.

Great service and very competitive prices too!

I was quoted £100 after sending photos. When the guys turned up they claimed I needed to pay £270 for the job. Avoid this company, they are... rubbish!

Price quoted on website for a full load of 1200kg with 1 hr load time was £300 + VAT, i emailed and explained that we need a full load but they arrived with a 3 quarter full truck and said they would load what they can and return for the rest but it would cost £580, we had already put the waste outside to be collected but as we are a small charity we explained we were unable to pay £580 so they left the site and us with a full van worth of waste at the front of our community centre.
