They were punctual, polite, and very kindly adhered to our specific requests with professionalism and efficiency.

Very happy with the service Rainbow Rubbish provided for me. They dismantled two sheds and took away a large amount of rubbish too which they carefully brought through my terrace house. All of which they did in less than an hour.

Excellent experience with the removals guys. They came in and did a quick assessment for a final quote, then got to work. They were polite, quick and efficient. I’d recommend them.

Had a heavy bulky item that I needed getting rid of last minute. My movers refused to take it and I had two days until the new owners were moving in to the property. I called Rainbow Rubbish Removals at 4 pm on Monday and by 9 am on Tuesday they were at the property removing it with no bother at all. They were friendly, polite and extremely efficient. I couldn't be happier with the service and would definitely use them again.

They were amazing, took a picture of the rubbish for them, received a quote. Was on time for removal, plus stuck with original quote. Sent picture after removal to confirm, as we moved off continent. Easy enough and done, quite lovely.

Do not use this company! They initially quoted £280 + VAT but when they arrived that went up to £550 + VAT which is a ridiculous increase. They only took half of what we had and we ended up paying £420, just to get rid of it. Had us over a barrel and really took advantage of that. To add insult to injury they dropped heavy tiles on a newly varnished wooden floor.

This is on the company website - "Our service covers the whole of the London district where we provide domestic and commercial rubbish clearance and disposal" When I explained in detail the job which wasn't straightforward I was asked where I lived and was told they didn't cover my area. I am in London.... If they had been upfront and honest about not being able to do the job/requirements are too tricky that would have been perfectly fine but to lie and say it's too far tells me they are not professional

Have used rainbow waste for an extra bin for my household . Phoned up today to see why my bin wasn’t emptied this week and the receptionist was very rude on the phone and no help at all . Clive the owner is lovely but let down by the attitude in the office

I called for a quote, and after texting the owner pictures of the furniture I wanted removed, I received a time slot for the next morning and a quote within minutes. The movers were very efficient and Covid-safe, and everyone I dealt with was lovely and professional.

Excellent service - turned up on time, friendly and efficient. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
