Disappointing, after completing a survey no response, despite chasing several times. If you don’t want the business it would be courteous to say so. It reflects badly, we can’t recommend and will be purchasing elsewhere.

The team fitting the windows as well as the original survey stated my works should be a 2 day job however it was rushed through in a day. No take was taken with existing furniture in the room. Plaster was taken off the walls when transporting windows between rooms and they was no rush to rectify or compensate for the inconvenience.

From start to finish all members of staff a pleasure to deal with….. courteous, helpful advice, prompt response to emails. Fitters put windows in on very cold day, cleared up brilliantly hardly know they ‘d been apart from 3 fantastic looking new windows.

I have recently had all the windows and external doors replaced by Radley Aylesbury. I am very pleased with the installation and the quality of the products. Everyone I dealt with from the salesperson, the installers and the office staff were professional, polite and reliable. I would definitely recommend this company.

We just wanted to say a huge thank you to Radley Aylesbury and the amazing fitters, Colin and Mark. They carried out an impeccable job when installing our new windows and doors. At times the weather was challenging with rain, hail, sleet and snow, all in one day, but they carried on throughout without any issues.

Colin even fixed some loose lead flashing under the front upstairs windows when he was up the ladder!

Colin and Mark were friendly, professional, worked hard and did a great job cleaning up.

After moving to a new house we asked Radley to quote for some window replacements and a new front door. Extremely reliable, very attentive and priced competitively. Great sales experience with Steve - consultative, no pressure - very honest. We had a problem when doing the door (one of things you can never foresee before starting). The fitting team and Nathan were excellent in the their approach. I would highly recommend - my list is already filling up for more work!

We have used Radley Aylesbury many times over the past few years and they have always been very professional from initial showroom visit, all the way through to after care. The office staff are always helpful whenever we have needed to speak to them, the sales team are very prompt & efficient and the fitting teams always leave the house clean and as though they haven’t even been there. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking at using them.

Excellent windows and service. Very friendly company to deal with. We had all of our old 1930’s wooden windows replaced and they look great and in keeping with the age of the property. Would definitely recommend.

Radley Aylesbury did a 5m x 3m conservatory for me. The service was superb. The team worked full days and the quality of the work was top class. They left it clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend. Office staff were efficient and friendly as well.
