I had some delivery problems & delays with a private courier due to inaccessibility issues at my delivery address. Your Radiotronics Customer Support Representative was excellent, understood my reasons for requesting an urgent delivery, so re-sent a replacement via alternate shipping means, which I received today. £12 delivery charge on something that…
£12 delivery charge on something that fits into a jiffy bag. I politely enquired about this and spoke to the M. D. He was extremely rude, said that he would refund the order not to do business with Radiotronics again and put the phone down. Customer service diabolical.

The delivery charges offered by Radiotronics UK are transparent. £9.95 + VAT (correct as of December 2023) is for a tracked and insured (usually next-day) service.
