Slow and poor delivery service
Don't change anything because it becomes a "custom" order. We waited for more than 3 weeks to get our delivery and when it finally got to us the delivery partner, Schenker, forces you to be home between 7-17 and you don't know when they arrive. Impressively bad customer experience.

We try to ship our custom racks within 7 – 12 days. There may be delays in production, so this time frame is only an estimate and we cannot be held liable for any expenses for tradesmen or other costs related to a delay.
Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the speed at which the delivery companies are working.

Beautiful Marlow & Joey set
I have ordered a couple of Marlow and one Joey racks and I am very pleased with the result on my bedroom wall.
The iron/oak association looks really nice and the three pieces put together look even better.
I look forward to complementing my set in the future with accessories such as hooks, or even additional racks and shelves.

Love this rack! Make sure you have a buddy for assembly
Love this rack! It’s the perfect size for what I needed. I do have to say it was a little difficult to put together all by myself, and making sure everything is screwed in evenly is a bit tricky, so having a buddy (see what I did there) for the assembly part would probably have been helpful. Overall great product though! Considering it came from overseas, it got here surprisingly quickly.

Great product!
The delivery took a little longer than expected (3 days extra) but that's because the courrier didn't find our adress.
Overall great experience, perfect products (rackbuddy joey wall-mounted) and fast response from the client service!

I am pleased with the product
I am pleased with the product, however high shipping fees and unexpected high duty fees to import in the he UK mean the product is much mote expensive that I had realised.

Really happy with the custom made rack…
Really happy with the custom made rack I purchased, I really like the black finish the metal parts are coated with. Items came in this really nice packaging and loose parts came in a cool branded bag. Overall great shopping experience ! Definitely would recommend

The overall quality of the product is good but you will get 3 stars since you have only delivered 3 black screws and not 6 since both ends require 3 screws each in order to be attached to the wall/ ceiling.

Never again
The rack is a nightmare to put together, and I’m used to assembling furniture. The threads on some of the tubes don’t line up and take a LOT of coercing. I injured both my hands trying to put it together because they’re so heavy. It takes so much force (basically all of my body weight) to get the pieces to line up right. For a company that says that you don’t need (but can) to use tools to assemble this, I find that very misleading and just a lie. It’s very impractical and even dangerous. I also dislike that the threads still show, and more in some places than others. It’s messy and careless. The manual should also be more user friendly and the pieces should be labelled as many are very similar in measurements. RackBuddy needs to review their quality control and try to make their products more user friendly, just like they market them. Never again for me.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you had so much trouble assembling your rack. Our racks are made of robust iron pipes which can be a bit heavy, in order to guarantee a long-lasting product.
As mentioned on the website the threads are still visible, so it is perfectly normal that you can still see the threads of the rack. They are not entirely screwable into the fittings to allow customers to tighten or loosen them at their convenience. Our mission is to provide the best service to our customers and that’s why in addition to the assembly guide and the helpful videos on our website, you can always call us if you need any help assembling your rack. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience and as mentioned in my email you are more than welcome to return your rack by contacting us at info@rackbuddy.com

Nice quality product but arrived…
Nice quality product but arrived without all necessary fixings. 'I have been told that these should be following soon'.
Also received a follow up email offering me the option to purchase accessories without shipping costs but then had to later cancel the order when it became apparent that I would need to order over £160 of accessories for it to be placed.
Note that nothing at all is provided in the way of guidance for installation.
Not the best experience ever but guessing they will be nice sturdy shelves once up properly.
