I paid extra for express shipping with a promised delivery time of 6–8 days. My order was placed on December 26 and was still not delivered by January 11.

Tracking information was unclear and inconsistent, customer service responses were slow, and no refund has been provided despite the express delivery not being fulfilled.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend paying for express shipping with this company.

Where do I begin…
I ordered three pairs of shoes with expedited shipping, yet received no confirmation for days. Reaching the store was another ordeal. When someone finally responded, I was told one of the pairs was out of stock — even though it still appeared as “in stock” on their website. Had I known, I wouldn’t have ordered them, especially since I needed them urgently. They issued a partial refund, but I’m still waiting for my package.

They used “YunExpress,” a courier I’ve never heard of and wouldn’t trust again. It feels like a cheap dropshipping setup. I couldn’t contact the courier at all. I had to contact imile, a company I’ve never even heard of somehow linked to yunexpress. When I finally did, they claimed they couldn’t locate my address (which has never been an issue with any other delivery service.) on top of that they refused to tell me where the distribution centre was where the package got delivered to instead, so there’s another 1-2 days just before they allow me to collect MY items.

Save yourself the time, effort, and frustration: buy the same shoes from AliExpress or a reputable retailer. At least you’ll know if items are in stock and your order will be handled by a proper local courier. This experience was completely dodgy from start to finish.
I ordered my AliExpress shoes over a week after I ordered my expedited shoes through Rabosey and they STILL arrived before. The quality is just as good too.

Really cute shoes! I got the red velvet ballet shoes. I read online to order a size up, but I regret that now - the size 6/39 are to big. Stick to your size!

Okay so the shoes are so chic, and the ones I received were in great condition, exactly as the image, and worth the price. I got 4 pairs of shoes and all of them were in excellent condition. One of them was a bit too snug on me and I will be returning. I hadn’t received a shipping confirmation email with my order after 3 business days, so I reached out to customer service and they were SO polite and helpful, explained the situation (they were out of stock of one of the shoes I ordered), offered me an adjusted shipping timeline, and I received all 4 shoes in a week. These are easily the cutest shoes I own. I’ll definitely order from them again, maybe just size up if I’m buying their heels

Piss poor customer service. I’ve been waiting for my shoes for 3 weeks now. No
Communication, no tracking number nothing. I eventually reach out to the company and they gave me the incorrect shipping number about x4 times — what’s puzzling about this situation is that they could have checked the tracking number before sending it to me? They respond to emails at odd hours and when you write them back they’ll take 24 (if not longer) hours to write you back. Do not buy from them.

Recently ordered a pair of cross straps tabi ballet sneakers. It was said to arrive by the 24th I got them a day early. They suggested to size up on their site (if you have a wide foot or high arch) so I did, once they arrived they fit perfectly. They're just as pictured and comfy.

I recently sought a good duplicate for Tabi's and stumbled upon an ad for this brand Instagram. The quality has been amazing thus far. I held off from leaving an immediate review due to wanting to test this brands quality and I absolutely recommend!
