Le colis a été perdu par le transporteur, j’ai même obtenu un certificat de colis perdu qui selon la procédure, oblige le remboursement par le vendeur. Or, malgré de nombreux mail, maison nakamoto ne me répond pas et ne me rembourse pas. Je cherche encore à les contacter et je ne lâcherai pas.

Lackluster and Overpriced
I did like the style of the shoe, but the quality and fit were a miss. They’re marketed as if they are Japanese made, they are not. The quality is that of SHEIN or TEMU. When I requested a return label and a full refund, they suggested that I purchase another pair for a “discount”. It took multiple emails, a threat to file a chargeback and to report the business for them to finally refund me. I would gladly return the shoes as well. They are not priced their worth. The aesthetic is spot on.

My wife loves the product
My wife loves the product. She says the shoes are really comfy.
Customer Service was superb. I have to shout out Julia Meyers for taking care of my order.
I had initially ordered the wrong size and immediately sent an email about it. Julia responded to me saying that they will try their best to intercept the order before it gets shipped.
I got the product and the right size.
Only thing worth mentioning that could have been improved was the arrival of the product. I got an initial email i was supposed to receive on a Thursday. It arrived on the Tuesday, the following week.

Scam
They are cute (albeit cheap) and shipping is fast but it’s a scam.
They’re are not worth the price I
paid or the fake full price they list. I wouldn’t pay more than $30.
They’re a Chinese company, not Japanese, and the heavy discounts due to “not shipping to the U.S. any longer because of Tarrifs,” is a marketing ploy.
I’m not sure how I fell for it but oh well. They’re cute but wouldn’t purchase if I had known better.
I also don’t appreciate the way they respond to reviews saying they’re fake due to an email not matching. I feel like that kinda proves my point further and it’s icky.

The shoe is OK to wear, but definitely not a high quality product.
The quality of the Tabi look cheap and it looks/feels like fake leather. Same for the socks. The package comes in a tightly packed plastic bag, which until now has always been a bad omen for me. And the shoebox arrived quite crushed due to the shipping inside a plastic bag.
So it doesn't match the expectations you get from the website at all.
However they are comfy to wear. The fabric is soft. And the footbox is large enough (unless you want a barefoot feel, in that case it is a little narrow).
Seder and return operator is K&K GmbH in Cologne. The return adress in the contract is in Japan tho. So forget about returning the item.
All reviews are unprompted, so of course they can answer that the review is fake... However, the good reviews are unprompted as well!
This, I wanted to share photos of the shoes, but the option has been disabled.
All in all I wouldn't recommend buying the shoes. There are cheaper options for the same quality.

Selling SHEIN items for too much money
They are selling SHEIN items for “exclusive” prices. Definitely not worth the price they’re asking. If you want to return the item the cost is higher than that of the item itself, so no one will send stuff back, since you then are responsible for everything in the process as well as cost. Don’t fall for the scam! Sadly I did. Save yourselves the trouble

I literally NEVER post reviews and I had my doubts about the company after reading stuff here. But their customer support was stellar, the delivery super quick, and best of all - the shoes are FANTASTIC. super soft, look great, very comfy. And I have super wide and tall feet so it's a nightmare to find something. I went one size up and they fit perfectly even with a sock (which I also recommend getting). If you have a narrow foot I'd recommend staying true to size for sure or maybe even down.
Amazing experience and highly recommended.

Item is sent NOT TRUE TO SIZE & NOT ACCOUNTABLE FOR REFUND / RETURNS … DO NOT BUY! 37 is short to size by a size or 1.5 ; Item Cost £110 and they told me I have to pay £60 to send it back ; that it takes circa 2 months to send item back & process my refund ; they avoid any responsibility whatsoever if item not delivered/ lost . They told me “ give it to a friend and we give you 50% discount on next item !!”
Not good ! Sounds fraud to me .

I absolutely love the tabi flats i got
I absolutely love the tabi flats i got. Super comfortable and it came in time for when I needed them. Only thing I will say is that I may have purchased the wrong size as it was slightly snug for my feet, however I would still say that they fit perfectly. I'd probably wear them without the socks and have them as summer shoes. But otherwise, I have no regrets and I would buy them again.
