After switching internet providers, I had trouble resetting the curtain sunrise/sunset setting on my App. I’m a lady of a certain age and not as fully tech as the youngsters of today so reached out for help. After contacting Customer Support they phoned me back almost immediately and clearly talked me through the process. Can’t thank them enough, I’m a very happy lady now with a brilliant product. These automatic curtain rails are well made and competitively priced.
Installation was straightforward with help from the very clear online video guides.
Pairing the WiFi was also quick and seamless. I am using the SmartLife app to schedule and remotely control them.
Well impressed.

We have been looking for a smart electric curtain for a while and this one is by far the cheapest we have found for the great quality and price!

The customer service by Quoya was excellent. The delivery was fast and it came within 2 days. It also comes with a contact card where you can Whatsapp them and they instantly send you all the installation videos, very clever!

The installation of the curtain was super easy after watching the videos. No issues connecting the product to the app and my Alexa, it was extremely simple! To be fair the instruction manuals are a bit confusing and dated - my only criticism to this product.

Managed to install the D1 lock under 2-3 email replies.
Very good price.
Could be better to pack with a manual installation guide, or you will miss few key assembling points by usual thinking.

I've had this blind motor for a while now, it's worked really well. I like the features, specially the schedule one, where I set it to open or close at a time of my choice. Battery life is fantastic, that good that I misplaced the charger for it. I asked the company where I could find another replacement and they sorted me out. Really happy with my purchase ☺️

Good product, though it was a bit complex putting it together. Eventually discovered that the motor was faulty but the customer service was great and we received a new unit. Nice people to do business with.

Great product - I bought several automated curtain rods. And excellent customer service - they were always prompt to respond and provided a defective replacement part, immediately. Hands down, the best online company I worked with in China.

The curtain track was delivered on time and it was easy to assemble and fit by following the instructions on the video. Have now 2 electric curtains.
