Absolute shocking customer service.
Had trouble with my Range Rover since the day I collected it.
“We promise to get it sorted”
Said the salesman Chris.
First time it went back he said we only need it for a day ended up 6 days.
Doesn’t want to communicate via email probably because it’s then in black and white.
AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely fantastic service from Chris and everyone at Quirks. We went in to have a look and Chris patiently and expertly found all available options and we have bought a great car at a great price. We found Chris to be very honest and genuine and was the main reason we bought the car. He guided us through the finance agreement and was very transparent throughout. We would highly recommend Quirks and will be returning when we are ready to upgrade our other car.

This is my second car from Quirks Car Company and I couldn’t be more delighted. Excellent service and no pressure to buy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Loved the car. Chris highlighted some minor defects to the SL63 AMG which promised me they would take care of prior to me collecting the car. Picked it up today and the car was mint. Would recommend and use them again.

Chris bowler went that extra mile in dealing with finance company so car could be collected as planned. Quality car and great service. Cannot recommend this dealership highly enough.

To kick things off I would like to thank Quirks cars for a pleasant car buying experience and for supplying a car that we are very pleased with. Chris and the whole team were very polite and helpful and the purchase went through without a hitch. The car was prepared to a reasonable standard when compared to that of a main dealer but that said the price was also far lower than a main dealer. One minor point to make a balanced review was the removal of the carpet mats... why? and the new number plates were poorly drilled into the tailgate rather than through the manufacturers inserts to prevent corrosion... not a deal breaker but worth a mention. To sum up a great car from a good company that I would buy from again. Mark

A lot of initial snags, however ross is incredibly helpful. We had complained about various issues and was frustrated at getting nowhere
In the end ross stepped in and showed us fantastic care and customer service. We have our car back after some issues and he kept me informed every step of the way. This is exactly how customer service should be

I am writing this review today with disappointment. I recently purchased an Aston Martin from this dealership for a hefty sum of 70k. I took pride in this purchase, expecting not only a quality vehicle, but also premium customer service that ought to come with a high-end luxury brand. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of the bar.

At the time of purchase, the dealership made certain assurances which were integral to my buying decision. These included the promise of fixing the door switch unit and replacing the door trim on my newly bought vehicle. The salesperson even went as far as to promise to send me the required parts and cover the cost of fitting, should any issues arise.

Three weeks have passed since I took ownership of my Aston Martin, and I must report with regret that the dealership has not fulfilled any of the assurances made at the time of the sale. The door switch unit remains faulty, and the door trim remains untouched. They have neither sent me the required parts nor reached out to cover the cost of fitting as promised.

I have tried reaching out to the dealership multiple times to address these issues. Each call and email I have made was met with unfulfilled promises and delays. Their lack of communication and disregard for their commitments has not only left me frustrated but also feeling undervalued as a customer.

While I understand that businesses can occasionally fall short of their promises due to unforeseen circumstances, the lack of communication and disregard for customer satisfaction is disheartening. After spending such a substantial amount on a vehicle, the expectation is to have an equally substantial post-purchase experience and hence I will be taking legal action.

What's more disappointing is the trust I placed in this dealership - trust in their word, trust in their brand, and trust in their supposed commitment to customer service. Unfortunately, this trust was not reciprocated, leaving me to deal with unfulfilled promises and a diminished customer experience.

In conclusion, I find it hard to recommend this dealership based on my personal experience. My hope is that they take this feedback to heart and rectify the situation for future customers, ensuring that their promises aren't just sales tactics, but firm commitments that they fully intend to keep.

Best team around really helped me out when other dealers have struggled to get me the credit I needed for the car I wanted good part ex price good communication would recommend for sure!

Great service and done quickly. I bought my new car Tuesday and collected it on Saturday. When I arrived Chris had everything ready to complete and sign. 30 minutes later I was driving off in my new car. Well done Quirks Car Centre!
