If it was possible go give them less than a star I would …(Quirk Parts) like the name it’s a deceptive business … not even a business Quirk Parts it’s is a Scam disguised in a legit business. I can’t believe they are still operating …
not only I paid a hefty shipping fee, hopping to get my parts (quickly) I got a (Quirky service) 25 days later I still haven’t received my parts. We exchanged has a dozen of e-mail where they pretended to be working on my order … what a shame…. And now they are offering me to refund the remaining parts

Nope I want a full refund I am sending you back everything… I don’t care if I have to pay for the shipping

Don’t do business with this company … report them ….

These oh-so-smart humans can't tell me anything past "Cancelled your order because addresses didn't match up or the order is from outside of the U.S." , checked my invoice and all of the information is correct and the order was placed from North Carolina, which to their surprise is IN THE USA.

You should A) Update your computer inventory as my Brooklyn, NY Service Rep told me that you had 2 in stock
B) You are Quirk Ford are you not?
So why the hell would you send me a message, (minus any proper headings or apologies for any inconvenience) stating you need to order it from Ford when I WAS SURE THAT'S WHAT I HAD DONE!
C)Work on your communication (WHICH CURRENTLY SUCKS!) as I had to reach out to you verses you communicating with me!

A horrible experience overall, I will make sure I rate your shoddy outfit accordingly.

Terrible customer service!! I returned an item in which I met all requirements in order to receive a refund. It's going on one month since I've returned the item. Do not do business with this company. Customer service sucks!!

Ordered 3 parts online that were listed as "in stock". After several days, I received an email stating that one item is not in stock and would be cancelled and refunded. Annoying but OK. A day later got another email saying the other 2 parts shipped. Box finally arrives with just 1 part. I email Quirk, no response. I call them, they say they don't take calls for ecommerce issues. I email several more times and eventually get told the part needs to be ordered and will take 3-5 days to ship.

Two weeks later I email them asking where the last part is. 3 more emails, no reply. I call again and ask to speak with parts manager, leave a message. Parts manager has someone else call me back, says the part never came in from manufacturer, but they might still have one in the warehouse (it's been 3 weeks now). The next day I get an email saying they don't have the part, and they are refunding me. 3 weeks wasted. Website still lists all 3 parts as "in stock". Avoid this company.

No complaints. Ordered a front tow eye cover for a 2020 Kia Sportage. Part came fast. It was EXACTLY the piece I needed and it fit perfectly. Thank you so much!

Poor customer service and communication. Purchased two parts and paid separate shipping charges for each part although they shipped together. Received an email stating the parts shipped and a day later received another email stating one part was out of stock and I would receive a refund for the part minus shipping. I should have been contacted to see if I wanted to go forward with or cancel the order. Now I paid double the shipping amount for one part and still need to order the second part. DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Hey QUIRKPARTS - look at order 215511 which still says you shipped both parts. Get your act together.

I have placed 2 orders with Quirk for genuine Mopar parts. Items were packaged well and received in a reasonable timeframe. I would do business with them again.

took my money , won't answer ...where's my part ???? everyone needs to file a complaint with the U.S. Marshal's....... another friend told me to talk to the district attorney , it's fraud and across state line .

Just ordered a part for my ford fusion it was too small and after readind all the reviews here im keeping the part and will be disputing the charges with my bank sounds like the guys are crooks

I ordered bumper bolts from them. Their website shows six bolts for $7.74 plus shipping. They sent me one. When questioned about this that the ad didn't specify quantity and it was only for one bolt. I would advise people to stay as far from these rip off artists as can. Their deceptive advertising should be investigated.

You enter your VIN number so they can be sure you get the correct part. AND THEY SEND THE WRONG PART. So I had to pay for return shipping to send their screw up back to them, I had to pay shipping to receive their screw up and after all that, they claim they never recieved it. So you're out shipping 2 ways plus the price of the part.
Sorry...our returns dept never said they recieved it too bad.........how convenient

Terrible customer service. Emails are written in poor English, incomplete sentences, with no name signed to them. I returned some parts, which show delivered 31 Mar via UPS. On 19 April, they claim they were never received. Will be opening a disputed charge with credit card company. This company is not reputable.

They sold me the wrong part (..and the package was already open) no refund.
I would give a 0 if i could.

Just a word to the wise, don't order parts through QuirkParts. They're on Ebay and located in Manchester New Hampshire. Bought parts for my Ram, never got them, and now they won't give me a refund. They sell OEM parts. They refuse to open a claim with FedEx to see why my package wasn't delivered. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SLIME BALLS.

Cheaper than the competition but BEWARE of the fine print shipping cost of $70 on a $20 tool.

I order a part on 2/24/2021 and it’s been ready to ship and still has not move I call & email to get no where. They have not answered me. I am still waiting for someone to tell me what is going on with my order while my truck sits broke down waiting on the part I ordered.

Put my vehicle information in the description, the site said this part would fit my truck, bought the item, item arrived, the item is totally different from the original, the size and length is way bigger than what it needs to be. Now I have to pay expensive shipping for retuning something that the site said would fit, but doesn't, because the site is flawed.
