The good news: Calls are clear. The price is amazing for all the types of numbers you can call internationally. The bad news: The desktop browser interface could help managing the call list easier. Everything is unintuitive. Dialogue boxes cover other dialogue boxes you need to access. Even answering a call takes more thinking than it should. A bit of advice: don't use it for your MFA device!

I had to call customer service department to help activate my account and let me tell you, they were so professional. The person that helped me spoke English clearly and was able to assist me in a timely manner.
