We were given all the information we needed beforehand and the costs were made clear from the outset. The team talked us through the security system and made sure we didn't make any mistakes. Accessing the unit has been straight forward and has gone without a hitch.
It's in a convenient location and although it may not be the cheapest storage around it works for us.

Needed a local self storage, and Quick store was the closest. The price was reasonable (actually not the lowest, but not by much), and the facilities were excellent. Laura took good care of me and explained how it all works.

Quickstore was recommended to me by a friend and I'm glad I followed up on her advice. They picked up my things at my apartment the day I left, and returned them the day I was back without any fuss. Quickstore can be expensive, but so absolutely worth it if you have things you feel need a safe place to stay while you are away from Plymouth. Great for students!

We found it easy to unload and transport our furniture to the lockup with the trolleys and lift. The double doors gave plenty of room to stack and pack our gear so it was a very quick job. Also returning to sort things out was no problem.

arrive at the designated date and place
they'll show you the storage container, you fill it up, lock it , pay and do the papers... DONE

Collecting, just give your storage number, collect your stuff and if you payed in advance, they'll refund the remaining days in the contract... DONE

In February our company moved from the Guildhall to Matford, and had to find a storage facility nearby.
I am so glad I chose Quickstore ! The staff are polite, friendly and helpful.
We changed recently from a large unit to a smaller one, and it was all dealt with so easily.
Access is straightforward and there is always plenty of space to park outside.

I needed to find a storage unit at short notice, and phoned quick store. They were charming and were able to help with a range of size units.

I did have a couple of problems with setting up my direct debit and confusion over leaving, but it was all dealt with kindly and calmly. I however would not rate all of my interactions as 'efficient' but they were friendly, helpful and were able to do what I needed.
