I was desperate for cheap storage for items during recent renovations in my home. Luckily, I found Quickstore in Exeter. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. Any questions, whether discussed in person or over the phone, were dealt with professionally and everyone went out of their way to help me.
I would heartily recommend this excellent storage facility for the clean, well lit storage areas but mostly for the accommodating and friendly staff.

Have been with them for almost a year and it is always a pleasure to walk into the office. The facilities are spotless and secure. My requirements have changed several times during this period and they have always gone out of their way to assist. Will be staying a while. Thank you.

Moved to Plymouth in April and had to use storage, the guys at Quickstore were brilliant, very helpful, polite and generally nice guys. The prices are very competitive and the storage units are very secure. If i ever decide to move again this is where i will go if i need storage. Highly recommended.

I run a Vehicle Rental business with offices in both the Quickstore in Exeter & Torbay for the past 2 years, in this time we have seen our business grow. We find the whole set-up works, The Quickstore team operates a well organised operation in a challenging environment, along with some excellent operating standards and that all important personnel touch. i would have no hesitation in recommending Quickstore for Offices & Storage.

My experience with Quickstore has been excellent. I visited the store on a Thursday looking for office space and was moved in by Monday, with phone lines and internet in place and the office re-decorated plus new heating system installed. Girls in reception could not be more helpful and overall I am very pleased with the decision we made.

Having been a customer there for about 5 years, I have never had any issues with the customer service - either face to face or over the telephone. Great people who will always do what they can to help and also very friendly. Quick, efficient and professional staff offering spotless accommodation. All you need for a removal readily available (bubble wrap etc) in the office store. Andy from the associated removal firm, Armstrong's, coordinated the move into store extremely well. Martin, the office manager for Quickstore, gave exceptional support to the onward removal firm who collected our possessions from the store when the driver had trouble uncoupling his wagon from his truck. Andy not only impressed us again when he helped our onward removal driver, Stevie, load up but also earned very high praise from Stevie who has worked all over the country with staff from other firms in his travels. He said it was a long time since he'd worked with anyone so excellent!
