Quick delivery good price

Rice cooker didn't work, took days to get hold of anyone at Benross, they did give me a returns link and promised a new one would be delivered in a couple of days, a week later, after chasing for the replacement tracking info I can see DPD haven't got the parcel from them yet.

Tried calling no answer, no response to multiple emails chasing this up.

Awful service, I now just want my money back, although I have my doubts about how long that's going to take without getting trading
standards involved.

Quest website easy to manoeuvre showing clear options.
We already have two Quest pancake makers so know the product, which is excellent (especially for Welsh cakes)!

Good points, Quest were quick to send my long slot toaster though Evri then took 4 days to deliver.
First impressions are good.
Toaster has the usual problem with having to turn browning down after first toasting or next ones get burnt (about time the boffins sorted that one).
Negative point is that it is not deep enough, you only get 100mm (4") toasted, for me the whole point of buying a long slot toaster was so I could lay my tall home baked bread on it's side but now instead of the top not being toasted it is the side not getting toasted.

It's so hard to find a coffee percolator these days, and I was so pleased to find a replacement for our previous Quest model (the handle on the lid had broken, but otherwise, it was still working well after 4 1/2 years). It arrived very quickly and is in pride of place in the kitchen.

Had to replace my very old toaster and chose to go with the same make. Ordering was quick and easy and the delivery was quick.

From order to delivery it was excellent service.
We are highly delighted with our coffee percolator. It's well made, and both performance and design are excellent, definitely value for money. Highly recommended.

Professional service from start to finish, would recommend this company.

The appliance is unreliable and instructions not very clear. eg. on preparation before use: "use 2 mugs of water to clean before use". Meaning use 1 mug on two occasions. The machine will not hold 2 mugs of water.
The button which comes up blue is not explained on the diagram. Reusing the machine is hit and miss. We are considering returning it soon.
