My first time using an electric Rice Cooker, and it could not be simpler for perfect rice every time. Saves the guesswork out of timing and the mess when the pan boils over. Easy to use, easy to clean, and the keep-warm feature is a boost!

Was emailed when stock was available, Real easy process ordering online also fast delivery. Good quality product at a reasonable price.

Quick delivery, good item.

I’m regretting every single penny. And I’m writing this review after using it 5 to 6 months. It doesn’t mash garlic clove after five minute of blending. Some parts of onions are mashed and some parts of onion are in thick pieces. It doesnt even grind the nuts. What is it actually made for? I opened the package up late, so I tried to convince myself that I’ll be better in understanding how it works by time, Because it’s too late to return. I have decided to throw it in the bin now. Please do not buy this.

Great! As expected!

Benross and Quest are excellent, we use a domestic product in a catering environment (toaster) and they out last everything else and are cheaper than repairing a catering version. but the main delivery provider (begins with E) is hopeless, even getting things delivered to a delivery shop the computer won’t release the item……however, Benross/Quest were absolutely brilliant at sorting out the problem, many thanks for having real people answer a telephone and sort things out within 2 minutes :)

Toaster purchased was not quite as expected, could only do 4 slices at a time, not 2 or 4, and only toasted the bottom half of a regular sized slice. Customer support was fast, and gave us a return.

Didn’t get expected discount offered, emailed them and they got back to me quickly and politely. Kettle I bought arrived quickly and was packed well. Works well - so far. Kettle is stylish, easy to use and makes a decent brew. (As expected as it’s a kettle).
Overall, pleased and would buy from these again.

I have paid £49 in November and not received my triple slow cooker.

I ordered the hand whisk, next day received confirmation that it was sent out but did not receive it as the delivery company lost the item, then stopped all communication. I made contact with you and I received excellent customer service. You followed up, kept me in the loop and resolved the issue. I usually do not like communicating via email as I feel emails are not monitored/ actioned as quickly as a phone call but your response was quick and again the item was despatched quickly. Thank you, I am happy with the item, and the service you provided and I look forward to using the whisk.

ordered cordless hoover on 29th Oct was told on 31st Oct that delivery had changed contacted various people regarding delivery Evri was not helpful also i did check with Simon Parker@benrose who did pass it to evri only thing we had fron Evri was to say that it would be out for delivery the next full working day.

We recieved package about 11th Nov

I am not pleased with this service at all.

I am afraid that my item has not been delivered. Evri sent me a delivery confirmation, including a photo and map, showing that it was delivered to a large holiday caravan and lodge site in a different postcode a mile away - not to my address. Despite 3 visits to the holiday site, I have not been able to find anyone who can help locate my parcel. My initial complaint to Evri was dismissed - and I am now trying again - their online assistant has indicated that they will get back to me again in the next 24 hours - but I am not optimistic that my parcel will be found.
