Glasses arrived in a timely manner without a scratch which is a miracle since they were wrapped only in a cloth bag in a paper box. No hard case to protect the delicate frame.
Payment, dues were exactly as they stated.

The range of frames was amazing and the lenses are the thinnest lightest I’ve ever had which given my prescription is quite the feet

I have ordered glasses and sunglasses from Queenofspecs before and always been pleased with both product and service. This time, I went with Phil's advice and swapped bifocals for verifocal lenses. They are great and I love both the lenses and the great looking frames.

I got an incorrect product I ordered PL 44 and recieved PL 45. I’m writing to you separately. I need either a replacement or a refund. It’s not correct to say correct product was delivered. I had order PL 44 which was round on the edges and I have received PL 45 which is rectangular and has sharp edges.

The timeliness of the delivery was awesome. The product, brand new. Excellent value for the money I would say.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! I've never worn glasses before and Steph couldn't be more supportive, helpful and accommodating. First class service and between selecting my frames and receiving my prescription glasses it was an effortless transaction. Huge choice of beautiful frames and highly recommend!

Spent over a year looking for a particular type of rectangular frames to replace my old ones to no avail and then stumbled across Queen of Specs on the web. Steph couldn't have been more helpful in putting together a selection of glasses and she and her dad were super helpful when I went to Cheltenham to pick from said selection. Would definitely recommend and use again.

The packaging does not seem appropriate for delivery because it may compromise the contents. As for the product itself, it would have been nice to have more promotional elements.
L.E.: The parcel came really damaged, fortunately the contents were ok. As for the promotional contents I was thinking about promoting the brand more, for example some stickers would be nice or possibly a cloth to wipe glasses to give a more thoughtful touch. Best regards!

On a brief visit to Cheltenham, we came across Queen of Specs and my wife immediatly fell in love with a particular frame to replace her reading glasses. We provided the relevant perscription for the lenses by email a few days later, The finished glasses arrived a few days safely and securely by post.
