Two tickets purchased were not together and outside of the limits indicated on the website. The staff were very pleasant but unable to resolve the issue.

It was bad/incomplete information about the options we had for the tickets. We didn’t know Madrid jerseys were banned and that Madrid fans could purchase a different ticket.
I was told to either throw my Madrid jacket away or leave the stadium.
Otherwise, the match and experience were great!
