All is cool but I don’t think I see anything about how to get there and get out. Was a drama to go back town but maybe I did not look for it from you very hard. But it’s not obvious for sure.

Saturday 7th June we went on-line to buy tickets from info tickets which did not arrive
On Saturday 7th June 2025 went online to buy tickets for the England Andorra match from your company.
We paid for two tickets on your website but received no tickets or any email confirmation of payment or any other correspondence.
We tried to call to find out where our tickets were but could not speak to anyone so we missed the game.
We sent a disputed transaction email to you this morning Sunday 8th June 25 then my friend who placed order immediately received a no reply email from you saying order was being processed which is a day late.
Hopefully you provide us with a refund soon.
Update as of 26th June 2025
Very strange that you said you have sent tickets to one email address and my friend replied via another email address as I have provided no names of email addresses in my review and my friend only has one email address.
My friend who booked tickets did not receive any booking confirmation email, invoice or tickets and the only email he received to date was an automated email the day after the event which was sent immediately after he submitted a dispute!. The email said you were working on the request?.
As far as I am concerned Info Tickets are not a legitimate company they have stolen our ticket money and booking fee and made no effort to reply to emails and sort out a refund which any legitimate would do..

We're sorry about your bad experience, but we've verified that we did send the tickets to the email address you provided when you purchased them. After the game, you wrote to us from another email telling us that you hadn't received the tickets, so we understand that you may have entered the wrong email address. As we've responded to you by email, the tickets were sent on the day of the match to the email address you provided when you purchased them.
We always serve our customers via Whatsapp, email, or our contact form on our website.

El ticket ( recargado en € 200 ) lo recibí recién 5 horas antes, después de varios correos y amenaza de mi parte. En Alemania, una vez pagado recibes el Ticket de inmediato.

Lamentamos tu mala experiencia pero no estamos de acuerdo con nada de lo que expones.
1-En el email de confirmación indicamos claramente que las entradas puedes recibirlas hasta 2h antes del partido, y las recibiste 5h antes (cuando el club nos las entregó a nosotros).
2-El ticket en ningún momento estuvo recargado en 200€. Como agencia oficial del club tenemos precios especiales, por debajo de los precios oficiales. Además, cuando tú compraste las entradas, pagaste 449€ cuando en la web oficial del club ya solo quedaban entradas de 745€, por lo que las compraste bastante más baratas del precio oficial de ese momento. Y además, estabas comprando un paquete, que a parte de la entrada para el partido te incluía también un walking tour del FC Barcelona y una guía del fútbol español.
3-Te contestamos por correo en todo momento informándote que te entregaríamos las entradas con tiempo suficiente.
Por todo lo expuesto, nos parece muy injusta tu valoración y muy desproporcionadas las amenazas recibidas por tu parte, teniendo en cuenta que recibiste las entradas con tiempo suficiente y a un precio más bajo del precio de mercado.

Easy to book. Wanted to visit Sagrada Familia but all other Ticket provider were sold out 2 weeks ahead.
With qr.infoticket we could buy tickets for the next day.
