Service from the doctor was fine
Service from the doctor was fine, it was just the online connection that was problematic. If this could be made simpler or improved the service as a whole would be great.

Online GP appointment
I wanted GP appointment but received just a antibiotics prescription.
After my story, doctor didn’t ask any questions or didn’t gave any advice. Just a “drug “ prescription . I should book prescription appointments, much cheaper than GP appointment. And have no different really. Video call connection was very bad from doctor side and he have to make a phone call with me, not video call. I also haven’t received any proof of payment to claim from insurance. I don’t know why is no proof of payment?
But for someone who just need a tablets, antibiotics or any prescription, it is the way to go.

We can also see that your order included a request for both a medical certificate and a prescription. For future requests where you would like a full GP consultation alongside these services, we recommend placing an order through our GP pathway rather than submitting separate medical certificate and prescription requests. This will ensure that your request is directed through the appropriate consultation pathway.
We’re also sorry to hear about the poor video connection during your consultation. We understand how frustrating this can be, particularly when the consultation needs to continue by phone instead.

the doctor had no interest in anything I was saying just goes so you need a medical certificate.. maybe a masterclass of empathy & listening skills would help him.

Was surprised how quick and hassle free was to get an e-script. The whole process from making the initial online appointment to having a quick video appointment with a doctor was very seamless. Will be definitely using qoctor again when the need arises.
