I was excited, But disappointed

I was excited to get this product and I attached it to my phone, it was hard to line up and get it to focus, then even on the tripod you have to hold the lense so it wouldn't fall off the phone. I waited to long to return it because I came down with covid.

I never recieved my purchase, sadly I had to report your company. You my money but never sent the product, you pretty much suck...and if I do not receive either the product I ordered or a complete refund. It will quickly turn into Lawyer City.
