We bought a 50$ puzzle and were charged 25$ in fees by UPS. There was never any mention of this throughout the order, and they never even sent an invoice or an order confirmation.

They refuse to reimburse anything.

Do not buy.

Best Customer Service ever! I bought a custom puzzle with my family's picture in it for Christmas. When put it together noticed, one piece was missing. I contacted the company by email, told them that a piece was missing, AND also told them about a mistake that I had made when typing the date on the face of the puzzle and another error that had happened when puzzle was made. They responded quickly, made all corrections and sent me a new perfect identical puzzle!! Thank you for the excellent customer service!!!

Created and gave this puzzleYOU puzzle to my wife for Christmas. I'm a web developer and designer (so plenty or graphics experience). Their website puzzle creator was pretty poor and lacking. I create my image via Photoshop instead. Anyway, that was not the problem. My wife who does most 1000 pieces puzzles in 2 or 3 weeks (about 20 hours) spent two weeks and could not even get the frame done. To many piece fit perfectly together but did no go together (yeah, one of those). Wasted $30 (with shipping), plus time and frustration.

I bought the X-large for my wife for Christmas. She loved it. might have been her favorite gift. it was a collage of 12 pics of our kids and grandkids. the picture quality was excellent. better than I thought it would be. I used high Rez photos and edited them to enhance before putting into puzzle. quality of the cardboard and cutting also good. the larger size made it easier to see the details in each photo since they didn't have to be so small. website was easy to use.

Good Quality Product! Making an ordering the puzzle was very easy. You're kept in the loop as far as communications and when you should receive your puzzle. The pieces are VERY sturdy and not easily bent. My granddaughter loves puzzles and this was a special gift for her. It was my favorite picture of the two of us and the quality of the picture was amazing. I definitely recommend this product.

Worse company I ever ordered from the product is low quality and they surprise you with extra shipping fees becouse they are from Germany. Just by local and avoid these people. I thought the price was decent till I got an additional 1/3rd the price added in fees. I definitely feel ripped off I could have gotten the same thing for less.

Do not use this company. Poor customer service. I bought 1000 piece puzzle. Paid $15 shipping from the company and then got a surprise shipping fee of $20 from UPS. When I complained to customer service about the UPS shipping fee they never responded. When I received the puzzle the date that was on it was cut off. It looked perfect in the preview.

Do not use this company. They cut off a person in my photo then denied any culpability. Customer service made no offer to rectify. There is no proof sent to approve. You either get what you want delivered or you don't. If you don't. They do not care. I lost $300 to their poor system. Do not use this company.

I see several poor reviews but when you read them, almost all are caused directly by the consumer and not the company. My puzzle arrived quickly, just as I ordered it. Pieces were very high quality and durable. I have ordered twice now from this company and no issue either time. You just need to make sure you are uploading high resolution photos and you need to make sure you review it carefully before ordering because you will get what you ordered.

I never had a puzzle made before, and my recent trip to Pigeon Forge, TN made me think to do it just because of the beautiful pics I took. I found Puzzle You while searching online and decided to try it. I'm so glad I did. I got the puzzle very fast and went to work. At first, I was missing some of the border pieces and contacted them. They sent me a replacement puzzle right away and now it is complete and it came out beautifully. I'm about to have another puzzle made and I can't wait. PuzzleYou is now my new place to have puzzles made.

Puzzle came with no picture or size of actual puzzel. Unable to even complete puzzle frame after sorting pieces.

Honestly really good experience. I loved that you can customize the puzzle and even box cover, and it tells you if your photo is good enough resolution for your order.

Easy, user-friendly website, and after I placed the order it was delivered very quickly, and I'm in Canada.

The product seems really good quality, its a gift so I will have to see how the finished puzzle looks but I am thoroughly impressed at the ease of use, fast delivery and quality!

Horrible customer service. They are unhelpful and not willing to work with you. I will pay more next time to work with a company who cares about their customers.

Ordered 4-1000 piece yesterday than noticed picture I uploaded cut out two my family members. The photo design on their website was so small didn’t notice it at first, noticed wasn’t shipped yet so emailed them to have photo redone. They told me too late. Now I’m getting 131. Dollars of worthless puzzles going throw in trash

I got the 1000 piece puzzle. The picture quality was great. But the puzzle pieces were cut in such a similar shape it was impossible to distinguish a close fit from the correct fit. After doing the border for an hour unsuccessfully we gave up. Maybe the 500 piece would be better

They really did a marvelous job at making my custom picture puzzle! Excellent quality puzzle , feels like a canvas! Fast shipping and amazing customer service! Highly recommend! Definitely be buying more puzzles from them!

Puzzles look great! My only gripe is the box that it came in. The person receiving the puzzle just so happened to pick up some other packages that were delivered on the same day. They immediately figured out what was inside the box because the box has jigsaw pieces all over the box itself. I was going to combine a puzzle and a jigsaw puzzle table with a custom puzzle but the box gave away half the Christmas surprise. Change the box so it doesn’t have the puzzle pieces on them.

They do not mention the import charges to Canada which add 25 dollars more to the cost.
At the end it is too expensive.
