Paid for an ITIL certification course, all emails to the seller post purchase have bounced back, all staff contacts have no allegedly left the business and no way to contact the business.

Companies house claim they are still operational but am now having to seek recourse through the bank unless they decide to get back to me.

Dont know what is going on over there but do not use Purple Griffon, from my experience it is a scam.

I ordered a hardcopy of an ITIL book for an exam I passed, paid their invoice at the start of May and heard nothing back. So I decided 2 weeks ago to ask when the book would turn up..... but I can't get hold of anyone at the company. All the email addresses I have at Purple Griffon are bouncing as undeliverable, and their phone number on their Website just states that person isn't available.
So at the moment, I've paid an invoice, haven't received the book, and can't get hold of anyone.
This is not acceptable.

I really enjoyed the course, Adrian was amazing the trainer and very knowledgeable and this was great to see - The only thing that has stoped me giving 5 star is that there is no interactional learning or group work and is very spoken at course and slides read to us, I am a practical learner and believe if this was interactive I would of understood more.

I attended the IT Service Delivery Manager Workshop that Bob Amies facilitated who is experienced and skilled in the IT Service Management domain.

I had an opportunity to learn from peers and industry experts through case studies, discussions, and collaborative activities.

Moreover, I was able to network with other IT Service Delivery Managers who shared experiences, challenges, and solutions.

A well delivered course using a good variety of presentation, interaction and knowledge checking though questioning.
Also the tutor as well as the other students providing additional tools to work towards gaining the qualification and future personal development.

This ordinarily mundane subject was brought to life thru Bob Amies (the Tutor) who's teaching style was engaging and his subject knowledge vast. A well paced course with lots of personal experience tips and tricks thrown in too. Thanks again Bob and Purple Griffon

Excellent training platform with great trainers

Bob was a really good trainer with a broad knowledge of all subjects relating to the course. Even if the course itself could have been quite dry Bob did his best to get engagement from us all and make it as enjoyable as it could be for what it is.

Enthusiastic tutors with vast amounts of experience and knowledge in the subject field.

Good course with a bit more practical flavour. It reminds me of the processes we had back in v3 with a bit of extra focus on value and customer. Lots of terminology to remember.

Nicola was simply amazing and really knowledgeable on Prince2. She was very clear and was able to explain the content much better than I could ever read on my own.

Kevin Shaw was an excellent teacher, PG should be thankful when they can get Kevin in to deliver training.

The tutor made the topics relative to the real world which helps with relating concepts to real life scenarios

Really informative, engaging 3 day course for ITIL4. Bob our trainer was a really nice, knowledgeable trainer and not only taught us about ITIL4 but how to pass the exam.
