Lisa Dowling has been fantastic helping us buy our first property!! Couldn't recommend her more! Extremely knowledgeable and understanding, takes time to explain any questions and gives options and advice clearly. Always very quick to respond to any queries and all around a lovely person! I was introduced to my mortgage advisor around a year ago, her name is Hayley. Her professionalism and knowledge of her industry is in my opinion goes unchallenged. She is transparent and her advice feels personal to your buying/selling journey. She is a clear and precise communicator, extremely punctual and prompt in returning your calls or emails etc.

Everyone that I have had the pleasure of speaking with has been great. Polite, friendly & professional. Knowledge has also been very good & there's not been a single "I cant do" attitude, if they cant, they simply just direct me to someone who can. The only negative I have is not with any employee, but the specific process of trying to book a viewing. I get the concept of it all being online & it would be great if everyone worked well; however, with the homeowner of the property I'm trying to view being a bit of a nightmare to get a hold of. It would be good if there was a better way or a designated local estate agent who could do viewings, even if it was only 1 day per week. That being said, if it was an active seller, I imagine this process would be very efficient, so not all bad & why it's still 5 stars.

When we were further down the buying process we also dealt with Rachel, again good communication and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Tom again he was amazing
