I didn’t realise the stress and amount of information and all of the parts that come with a house purchase but they have been brilliant and completely professional through out. From the beginning Leah was so kind and welcoming and introduced us to Clair who took her time to explain to us all options available during 2 meetings. The process was so efficient and quick and we received very promptly the offer.

My mortgage advisor is Hayley Newton and she has provided me with so much advice and guidance so far. I’m a FTB so I was after all the advice I could get. I spoke to quite a few providers but I decided to go with Hayley and I do not regret it one bit. Friendly yet professional and she knows her stuff. Very responsive to messages which is what you need when you need quick answers and need to made decisions.

I firstly spoke to Esha on the ohone regarding mortgages, she made everything clear and understandable, and once I decide to go ahead with the mortgage I was passed onto Daisy who was always happy to help and I asked loads of questions and nothing seemed like too much trouble for either of them they were great 👍
