Absolutely superb service - pleasure to spend money with Chris.

Chris dispenses good old fashioned retail advice - he is a professional who really knows his subject.

The Pure Theater was excellent from start to end. I found the phone consults to extremely helpful, tailored to my specific needs and professionally done; no upselling, no talking down to you, etc. The email follow-ups were equally helpful, and very timely (after accounting for time zone changes).

Once we were ready to order some products, the ordering and shipping process was easy and seamless. The products shipped in 2–3 days despite us being located in California, USA.

Finally, the installed product is excellent. After having seen some sketchy-looking in-ceiling installations using other products, I was admittedly a bit worried, but the lift and projector are nearly invisible and look very polished. We're super happy with our purchase!

Product well made, ok quality (divider on one of the shelves was a bit damaged, think due to the design). Payment, packaging and shipping was excellent. Will probably order again.

Found pure theatre after a Google search. Just so happened that they are fairly local to me so I arranged a demo in there designated demo theatre rooms! Boy did I underestimate what I went to see. The 2 rooms are fabulous! The main cinema demo room is something out of MTV cribs. The best theatre room I’ve ever seen!! So after meeting Chris for the demo and listening to all the options available. He was able to customise a package suitable for my needs on my budget. The room has turned out better than I ever dreamt! I now have the designated theatre room I always dreamt of, but I’m actually able to afford it. I always thought it would cost far more than it actual did cost. Chris can put together a package for anyones needs. They really were helpful from start to finish! Best thing I’ve ever owned!!

Friendly advice given about the product i was interested in buying. Ordered late in the day around 3:00pm, item was despatched and arrived the next day. Product was given good protection in the packaging chosen for posting.

I bought a projector lift from pure theatre in 2010. It worked perfectly till the remote broke recently. I phoned pure theatre. Not only did they still have a record of the model I had but a very helpful tech talked me through programming my projector remote to work the lift! Fantastic service.
