Customer Service Issues

Ordered shoes on 25th June, delivery between 5-10 working days, didn't realise they would be coming from China and only arrived on 18th July. I had messaged the company and emailed asking for an update with no reply. When I opened the bag, the yellow tags that where to be attached to the shoes where lying at the bottom of the bag, very disappointed and also the fit was much to wide. Again I have tried to contact the company for return details and emails are bouncing back and online messages not answered. I would appreciate a prompt reply from this company in order to restore my faith in it's customer service.

I don’t know where to start, I have ordered a pair of shoes on 6th July 2025 which was very easy and received email confirmation shortly after. I then looked on trust pilot and was very concerned at the poor reviews on this site I emailed and have tried calling the customer support number. Emails have repeatedly been ignored, the customer service number is not recognised, I then tried the web chat on the site, whereby they don’t recognise order number or tracking reference and not able or willing to assist. Today I have FINALLY received the shoes. They are poor quality and I have been on the website to try and start a refund. I am stunned that there is a link on their page to visit returns and refunds policy which leads nowhere. I am also shocked on checking the website that they “only ship within the uk” which is utter nonsense as these shoes have been shipped from China. I presume I have been scammed, no contact number and no one has responded to my emails, please avoid this site at all costs, I now have a pair of shoes that I don’t want and no way of returning them. Pureshoes site “claim” you can return shoes within 30 days of delivery but how? Without a single way of making contact with this company. I wish I had read the reviews on trust pilot and I would’ve avoided at all cost. Has anybody had any success in contact and receiving a full refund?

How on earth do you organise a return???

Ordered shoes which took around a month to arrive. They are too big but cannot find how to return as the returns section on the website just takes you back to the original FAQ's. Have sent two emails and no response, just tried phone number on the website and it doesn't exist! TERRIBLE customer service, will avoid in the future and tell others to do so.

Thieving Parasites reported to Action Fraud

I have reported this company to Action Fraud. They are thieves. They take money, do not send goods, do not respond to e-mails and their phone number just routes you to an answering machine with an individual with a foreign accent who does not return calls. They are praying on people with health conditions. Do not trust them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

It is now a month since my order. I have asked for a full refund. This seems to be the only place to get any kind of response from the company.

I have written to formally complain about the order I placed with the company that I have not yet received.

Order Number: #1103
Order Date: 11/6/2025
Payment Method: Debit card

Despite payment being taken, I have not received my order, and I have not received any tracking information or updates regarding the delivery. I have attempted to contact customer service by email and phone, but I have not received a any response.

As this order was placed online, it falls under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which state that I am entitled to a refund if the goods are not delivered within 30 days. As this time has passed I am formally requesting a full refund.

Please process my refund now or If I will need to escalate the matter by:

Filing a chargeback/dispute with my bank
Reporting the issue to Citizens Advice and Trading Standards

I hope this matter can be resolved quickly and professionally.

AVOID THESE THIEFS!!!

I ordered a pair of sandals for my husband on June 14, 2025. We have not had a confirmation of them even being shipped when they promise delivery between 5-10 business days. The phone number does not work. No response to email. Still no resolution after 2 months. Reported to Action Fraud and my bank.
They are scammers! They steal your money!!!

Ordered a pair of trainers. Took weeks to arrive.
When they did they were so baggy that I asked for a refund. 2 weeks later I'm still waiting.
Emailed several times and phone number on website is unobtainable. Not a company I would recommend.

Pink sandles

Order a pair of pink sandles .2 days later emailed me to say out of stock that was the 13th June. Told them I'd wait a week to see if came back in stock .now they've kept my £49.99 and went silent on emails .I've sent 8 emails to them and now I've had to get fraud department in to recover my money .would never recommend buying anything from this site .nothing bit a big scam who steals customers money

I would give less if I could

I would give less if I could. I purchased a pair of sandals and tracked my order. It has been on its way for over 2 weeks. No further update from the company. I have emailed 3 times and no reply. I called the number provided to be told the number doesn’t exist. Very disappointed.

I wouldn't give any stars if that was an option. I agree with most of the other reviews.
Sadly no customer service practice in place at all. Shoes not as on the picture. Waited longer than expected and had to chase the Company about this. I asked for a refund , I was asked to send pictures. I did immediately and now they won't answer emails.
I hope people read the reviews and take them on board. Not a reputable Company. Don't buy from them.
Shoes are of no use to me. I normally check reviews but made a big mistake and didn't for this Company. I hope someone steps in and puts this Company right.
Maybe they need some advice from Shein , they have an amazing return system .

Almost got hacked

I placed an order with Pureshoes, order number #1122. The confirmation email stated that I could easily track my order using the 'Shop' app. However, this app requested access to my email address, and shortly after, several of my social media accounts were almost hacked.
After seven days, I attempted to contact Pureshoes via email but received no response. I then tried calling the phone number listed on their website, only to be met with an automated message stating, 'This number is not recognized'.

Pureshoes is a fake shop

This is a fake company. I ordered two trainers from them. The money was taken from my account. The items were never delivered. I wrote an email to them, but never had a response. I called the phone number on their website, someone picked the call and said, wrong number. It’s a mobile phone number, not a landline.
I have been duped. I have reported this to the appropriate authority.
Don’t buy from them.
They are fake.

Good CS but beware return costs!!!

Although I didn't receive any email confirmation of my order or any updates on an ETA, their Customer Service was very efficient and my order was found with little delay. Unfortunately, the shoes are slightly too small so will have to be returned. Otherwise, they would have been perfect for the summer.
